The accommodation is very functional, with a pleasant interior space to live in. The outside is really great, with absolute calm, and all the necessities for eating, having fun and relaxing outside. Communication with Elodie was very good. And the accommodation is close to the beaches, and city center by car. I recommend it!

Lovely apartments in a great location, walking distance to shops &restaurants and 1min away from the sea shore. Both apartments are nicely furnished and have everything needed for a great holiday. Really recommend the apartments and the area.

We, my husband, our dog and I spent a week at Cécile's house. It was a wonderful stay. Cécile and Christian were very nice. Thanks also for the little surprise in the fridge. We felt very comfortable and thanks to the air conditioning it was also very pleasant in the house. The beach is just a few minutes away. The hiking area Fabregas was also within a 7-minute walk. There you could go for a wonderful walk and the temperatures were not quite so hot. We would come back. A place of rest and relaxation that invites you to unwind.

You will meet very friendly hosts here, who are always open to questions and concerns. The accommodation also has character and offers many advantages, such as the proximity to the beach Plage du Monaco, the protected parking in the courtyard and the cozy terrace and garden with barbecue facilities. We felt very comfortable here!

Small, very welcoming accommodation as well as Josephine with her little touches. We will come back if the opportunity arises and we recommend it.

Very pleasant weekend at Eric's, the accommodation is clean and pleasant with its small independent bedroom. The air conditioning is very popular. The terrace is very pleasant, shaded and with a magnificent view. We felt so good that we have already planned to return in September.

Had a great time at James's. The apartment is super bright where you can see the sun rise over the sea every morning! The residence is very quiet and overlooks the seafront where you can take a nice walk with the dogs. A 10-minute walk from the boat-bus that leads to Toulon. I recommend this place if you like to be away from the city. However, everything is done so that you have everything you need.

Very good experience. Impeccable accommodation. secure parking accessibility to the sea and all amenities on foot. lots of information in the apartment to discover the area and use public transport. the pool is a plus (too bad for us it was not open due to the weather) Very accessible and friendly host we'll be happy to go back!

Very cozy apartment, with everything you need for a few days. The terrace with the small garden is particularly beautiful. Les Sablettes beach is a 20-minute walk away, but there is also a boat that stops right in front of the door. We felt very comfortable.

My friends and I had a great weekend. Beautiful villa, very well equipped, and perfectly in line with the listing. The 4 bedrooms are comfortable, including a master suite with bathroom. The residence is quiet and secure, ideal for resting. Host is responsive and very understanding. I would highly recommend it!

I had a pleasant stay in this very spacious, well-appointed and very well-equipped accommodation. The area, which is mainly pedestrian, ensures that the nights are quiet in terms of traffic. I hope to be able to stay at Emmanuelle's again during a future stay!

We were lucky enough to spend a week in this great place. The location is really unbeatable, my absolute highlight is the terrace, from which we could watch the in and out ships and boats and enjoy beautiful sunsets. The accommodation is well equipped and located a little away from the busy city life, which was very right for us, and the sea can be reached quickly. Emmanuel & Audrey are very attentive hosts and responded quickly if there were any questions. I will always be happy to remember the beautiful time here in pictures and thoughts and highly recommend convincing myself personally!

Highly recommend the space. He is very pleasant. Claire's explanations are very practical. We spent 4 days on Saint Mandrier without moving the car thanks to the Bus Boat which is 10/15 minutes from the apartment. We'll come back to that again. Thanks Claire.

Very nice and quiet, small apartment with garden. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need. From time to time, it smelled from the drain, which is due to the proximity to the sea and the wind. But it hardly bothered us and we felt very comfortable. Thank you for a great stay.

Staying 3 nights with my 12-year-old son, impeccable and functional accommodation. The center of La Seyne and boat within walking distance in 5 minutes. Very quiet ☺️

Pleasant accommodation, set back from the street. The sea is 5 minutes by car, 20 minutes on foot. Very well-equipped with kids. Very nice hosting.

Excellent stay at Lucie's. The house is very nice, it is "lively" (books, a profusion of games for families, etc.). The garden is also very pleasant (many Mediterranean and aromatic plants), several exposures possible to find shade (or sun). Ultra well-equipped kitchen (kitchen utensils, robots, dishwasher products, grocery products to start the stay). Beautiful handcrafted tableware too (bowls, salad bowls) it's very nice! The house is located a few minutes' walk from the sea, especially the small beach of Fabregas and its restaurants. We were also able to appreciate the quality of the relationship with Denis (from the concierge) and with the housekeeper, both very friendly and very responsive. It was a great stay.
