Maison du meunier for a stay in absolute calm!

In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

Typical Norman house recently renovated, large walled garden with terrace for outdoor meals (farm produce for sale 200m away). Reversible air conditioning on the ground floor, double glazing on all windows. Options (depending on dates and with supplement) : tennis and swimming pool of our neighboring house. La Maison Cupidon

The tiny-house "Cupidon" is ideal for 1 or 2 people, whether you are travelling for personal or business reasons. Comfortable bedding awaits you. On the ground floor there is a kitchenette, a living room with a sofa bed and an office area. Upstairs there is a bedroom and a shower room with WC and washing machine. You can park your car in the fully enclosed courtyard. You will have views over the courtyard and garden area.
