Our house is an extremely comfortable house in a protected area in the center of Ayvalik. A stylish, cozy space is created by putting together antiques and modern items. The use of the garden is exclusive for our guests. There is a teak dining and sofa set in the garden. There are all kinds of kitchen utensils in the house. You can cook with pleasure, or you can walk to the bazaar , restaurants and entertainment venues, explore the historical texture of the city and enjoy the sea on its beautiful beaches.

If you want a holiday in the most tranquil and valuable area of Cunda Island where you can have a holiday with all your family in this stylish place with sea views and a complete zero design from scratch, you're in the right place. It is a decent place located 50 meters from the beach and the pier, has a private parking and an electric vehicle charging station, has a grocery store, a greengrocer and a bus station right in front, where you can enjoy a barbecue in the garden, away from the noise.

In olive trees, sandy beach 300m - Koutimou

Alone amongst olive and orange groves yet 300m from a beach and the beautiful and very interesting village, Koutimou is special and full of character. Views are 360° from the roof terrace & bedrooms. Hill walks start right behind the house. Shade in the large garden comes from our olive trees (+hammock) and the verandah + swing seat. Inside it is well equipped and comfortable (charming, NOT smart!). Good WiFi. No TV. 5 minute walk to beautiful Plomari centre and harbour. Parking (NOT EASY).

Ποδηλασία, κολύμπι ,περίπατος ,ψάρεμα ,επαφή με τη φύση μερικές από τις δραστηριότητες που μπορείτε να απολαύσετε. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται επί του παραλιακού δρόμου Μυτιλήνης Πλωμαρίου. Απέχει 20 λεπτά από τη Μυτιλήνη και 20 λεπτά από το Πλωμάρι. Σε απόσταση λίγων μέτρων θα βρείτε παραδοσιακές ταβέρνες ,αρτοποιείο ,παντοπωλείο , καφετέρια και σε 3 χμ. το Πέραμα .
