This house is very comfortable for families,for those who have a small child has a playpen,very thoughtful and clean the kitchen has everything and the toilet is spotless and something basic and you will understand it for Mytilene is that we always found to park the car. Mrs. Niki and Mr. Panayiotis are willing to help you with anything you need.

Comfortable house, with large spaces in an area a little further out from the center, but with a 10-minute walk you can access everything. The house was spotless and fully equipped, with literally nothing missing that the guest needed. The owner is very friendly, with very good and fast communication. Its disadvantages are not related to the house itself, but to the area. The main issues are the difficult parking, and the lack of a sidewalk on the busy street (but these apply to the majority of the houses of Mytilene).

Such a cute apartment, and great to have a washing machine. The host lives next door so, although you have complete privacy, she is nearby if you need anything. Sappho Square and multiple great eateries are a few minutes' walk away, and the ferry wharf is also within walking distance. I very much appreciated the host allowing me a flexible checkout time, so that I could stay in the apartment until it was time to leave for my overnight ferry to Athens.

We had a wonderful stay at Lakovo’s place! The apartment was in a great location and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was also super easy to get into the apartment and everything was clean and tidy. Whenever we had questions he was quick to respond. Had a lovely time and would stay again.

John’s studio/efficiency was well located and perfect for a casual experience near the beach and local fish tavernas. Perhaps a bit tight for two, but not if you pack lightly. Since there is a clothes washer within, there is really no reason to bring a lot. (Laundry dries quite quickly in the hot Greek sun!) Bedding was comfortable and the air conditioning unit cooled the space within minutes. John himself is always cheerful, accommodating and available.

Great host, great house. When you stay in the most elite and cleanest district of Molivos island, in one of the most beautiful houses of the island, the holiday becomes something else. The host is great in every way. The location of the house is great, you can walk to everywhere on the beach. Molşvos castle, restaurants, bazaar, market, bakery, everything is at your fingertips. This is now our only home in Midilli.

Close to the harbour, ideal for a stay. The room and other areas of use were clean.

I felt very comfortable in the accommodation. The family, especially Maria, is very friendly. The neighbors too. Thanks again to Cleo and Maria for helping me. Happy to come back!

Perfect garden , magnificient view , clean and spacious house! Worth staying in this house when you compare with other houses in the island! P.S : In amenities list, baby high chair is listed but ıt was not available.

The house is gorgeous and in a calm location. Very spacious with nice and clean bathroom. The bedroom is gorgeous with windows everywhere and nice bed. The living room also. The sea and shops are accessible on foot. Our hosts treated us like family in everything. I highly recommend it!

Fantastic stay, at a lovely, clean apartment a short taxi to town or to the airport and a short walk to the university and Theofilis museum. The view is incredible, and could not have asked for a better host. Super helpful, friendly, responsive to messages and went above and beyond to help with everything I needed during the trip. The cafe downstairs is amazing, great food at reasonable prices, fantastic desserts and yummy drinks! I’ll definitely stay here again on my return.

Staying in Ligonari was a fantastic experience for us. Our hospitable host Panagiotis was always there for us whenever we needed, and the house was in a wonderful, unique location surrounded by nature. My only recommendation for future guests is to download the offline map of the area and follow the host’s directions because the last part of the road is a bit rough and unpaved, and the internet might not work. However, at the end of this road, you will reach a wonderful home that will make you happy, and you will find everything you need in the house and more. Thank you for everything, Panagiotis.

We spent a cold month of Winter in Panagiouda to volunteer nearby. We were fortunate to stay in this apartment which was really perfect for our needs - a retreat from the daily work that on our return each day, felt like home. So beautiful to walk out of the gate each morning to beautiful and peaceful surroundings where all the neighbours were very friendly. The apartment is in a great location, local bakeries and traditional supermarkets (called pantopolio) are stocked with all that's required to sustain their customers. The apartment is comfortable and clean, the kitchen amply stocked with the listed accessories and essentials, and likewise the bathroom with toiletries and laundry liquid. Anything that cropped up was quickly dealt with by the owner. Thank you Panagioti.

Very clean and newly decorated. Kitchen is well equipped and new design . The host is very friendly and prepared all kinds of drinks, snacks, cooking utensils. Also he advised us good attractions and check with us regularly what’s kind of support is required. Also he extended our check out time as our ferry back Ayvalik is at evening. Highly recommended especially you are looking for central position.

The location of the house is very good for those who will stay in the pony location on the island of lesvos. It is very close to the marina, eating and drinking locations. You can use a lower wide street as a park. In addition, the lemon tree in the garden of the house is quite authentic. He gave a bag full of lemons from the garden as a gift. I would only expect the insulation and air conditioning to be better. Meanwhile, the restaurant recommendations of the sofa were quite good.

Absolutely gorgeous, modern villa built into a cliff. Amazing views of the cliffs and ocean, and brand new, modern interiors. Penny was extremely responsive and friendly— dealing smoothly with a last minute flight delay on our end, and checking us in quickly. It’s not immediately clear from the photos (because the 2 bedrooms are similar/the same in layout and size), but there are in fact 2 full bedrooms each with their own bathroom + shower, plus a spacious living room in between with another bathroom attached. A great, spacious layout. The one thing to call out is that the road down to the villa is a bit steep, but it’s well-constructed and paved. But I’d expect something like that for such a modern villa built into a cliff with such incredible views on a Greek island. Would not hesitate to book again.

Wonderful stay, Yiannis is a kind and insightful man, loved our time here. I thought the place looked much nicer than the pictures made it appear.

Cleanliness down to the finest detail is also very important. We were amazed by the interior design. It was also a place we would prefer again due to its location.

We came with two families, four people. We rented a car. We loved the fact that it is an equidistant location from all parts of the island and that it is surrounded by greenery and nature. The kitchen was quite sufficient. We went shopping and bought our fish. We forgot flour toast. And the perfect mother of our hero host gave us flour. It has an excellent balcony and has guests. Their guests were newly born swallows. In short, thank you so much for hosting us for three days
