The enclosed terrace is equipped with furniture (table, deck chairs). You will have a hammock, beach equipment (2 chairs, 1 parasol, games) and 2 bicycles.

Die Schlafzimmer wurden im April 2026 renoviert, die Küche im Oktober 2023. Das Haus liegt direkt am Küstenwanderweg (Sender Mediterrani), der auch Teil des Jakobsweges ist.
