Nice place, good location

The place is right one street away from kafanas and restaurants. If you are with car it is paid parking zone in the week days. And in the weekends might be difficult to find free spot. Everything else is great.

Suncica and Luca were very hospitable hosts, very service minded in providing suggestions for the local area! We will return our next time in Nis!

Nela's place is perfect if you need a comfortable place to rest. I loved the parking in front of the apartment, and that it has everything you need.

I felt right at home. The host is very responsive and helpful. The flat is spacious and better than what is seen in the pictures. It is right across the central park of the city and nesr elementary schools, so one gets to hear people playing and laughing. The location is super close to the center of cafes and exercising grounds, such as the Niš stadium. It is also near many groceries stores and fruit and vegetable shops. The flat has two balconies, good WIFI, TV, and all necessary amenities. The city is small but historical. I had access to the rivers and mountains (Trem/Suva Planina) nearby. The buses run regularly to the airport. The people are warm, friendly, and welcoming. I really enjoyed my time here.

We were very comfortable in the apartment. They were very attentive to us and felt right at home.

Me and my dad stayed only one night during our trip to Serbia and my dad "complained" why we didn't stay longer. "I liked it so much I could definitely stay there much longer. We should have stayed the whole day and maybe another night too" he was keep saying the whole day after we left :) So one can tell that our stay at Marko's was really nice. We got very good rest while we slept close to the peaceful nature. The place is very spacious, fully equipped and very easy to access from the highway. It was totally worth it and I am sure on a potential future trip, this place would be our choice again! Thank you Marko for being so kind and helpful to us! It was a pleasure!

One of the best stays I’ve had! The apartment was absolutely spotless - clean in a way that instantly makes you feel at home. The bed was cozy, the space felt fresh, and the internet was fast and reliable - perfect for remote work or streaming. I couldn’t have asked for more. Beautiful apartment, very spacious, new and comfortable. Got phone number from shop below to get the code for the key, can also communicate through Airbnb. Sava is friendly and showed us the best restaurant in town - cafe Luna. Perfect location for a stay in Prokuplje. Sugar, oil and salt is provided with the kitchen. 10/10 accommodation:)

I have had some fears about Hristina’s apartment because low number of reviews. But! It’s awesome located and furnitured flat with good internet. Historical objects and food places are near the location. We have delayed arriving but Hristina waited me without any arguing. Strongly recommend!

It is a very nice and appartement with updated equipment. I have been here twice, because I like the location, and its almost in the center of Aleksinac. Bojan is very nice and helpful. I can fully recommend this place😊👍
