Nice two-room apartment between lake and ocean

Friends from all over the world, we are delighted to host you in our 30 m2 air-conditioned 2-room apartment, located on a small, quiet street. The accommodation is on our property, completely independent and self-contained, and not overlooked. 500 m from Lake Hourtin, its beach, and the city center, 10 minutes from the ocean. It is a cozy little nest ideal for a couple with or without children, composed of a 160 bed and a 2 seater sofa bed. Outside, you will enjoy two wooden terraces.

The mill house

At the heart of the Charente vineyards, old mill of the late 18th century completely renovated with heated pool and jacuzzi. Quiet on the edge of a small village, by the river and only 4 km from Pons, near Cognac, Bordeaux, Royan, La Rochelle ... All rooms are equipped with storage, queen size beds, televisions. Satin sheets and towels are provided. The fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and a large cooking piano. Fiber internet connection.

Our bright 100 m2 house calls for tranquility and beautiful holidays. 10 minutes from our beautiful Atlantic Ocean, 15 minutes from Lake Hourtin or Montalivet, not far from Soulac-sur-Mer, Pointe du Verdon or the wine route, it will be the central point of all your activities.
