The eco gîte Haïku is located in a secluded hamlet 450 meters above sea level at the end of a 6 km track that is fully passable in the heart of the wild Minervois. It is adjacent to our house and is totally independent. It has recently been restored with healthy, natural, ecological and noble materials and offers a cozy, authentic and bright space for one to two people. For a relaxing and inspiring stay, in direct connection with nature, this is the place to anchor!

Everyone will find what they need for a smooth stay, as the house has a satisfactory level of amenities, not to mention private parking.

Come and discover the old Plô du Roy mill dating from 1484 that we have completely renovated. Our charming village of Villeneuve-Minervois is ideally located, at the foot of the Black Mountain and only 20 minutes from Carcassonne. During certain periods, you will have the opportunity to admire the splendid Clamoux waterfall that borders the mill. Great for recharging your batteries with family or friends. At the foot of the Black Mountain between Carcassonne and Narbonne, in one of the most beautiful villages of Minervois; I offer a studio attached to my home. Ideal for four people, you will be in a quiet area. Walks in the typical alleys of Caunes, the visit to the Gouffre de Cabrespine, the Cathar castles, the city of Carcassonne or simple hikes in the mountains, as well as Minervois wine tastings await you a stone's throw from here.

The ideal isolated escape ! Perfect to déconnect, rest and recharge. Nestled in the Haut Languedoc Park between the Southern town of Castres (40 minutes) and world heritage site of Albi (50 minutes) this cosy cottage is hidden away in the beautiful and largely undiscovered Vallée de Gijou. As an ex-restaurateur I can provide breakfast, lunches, picnics and dinners on order.

I offer a bare plot of land without running water or electricity. This flat and shady land with a large area awaits you to pitch your tent or park your van. (No motorhomes). The property is bordered by a river where you can cool off or fish... There are dry toilets. Note: Access is easy, but the road is narrow for a motorhome.
