The independent accommodation is located in the renovated farmhouse annexed to a manor house from 1882. It consists of a large room of about 50 square meters in which there is a double bed and two sofa beds (one square and one square and a half), a space dedicated to working from home and a dining table; a kitchen, a bathroom and a dressing area equipped with a shower. The accommodation is enhanced by a large patio in front of a fenced garden and furnished with a table for 10 people and a sitting area.

Picturesque, Historic Villa with Island Views

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. We enjoy hiking in the mountains or just walking in the valley or swimming in the river that passes by on the back of our house. We love skiing in the nearby "Monte Rosa" or "Alpe di Mera" Ski domains (15 or 10 minutes respectively by car) and enjoy cooking with local produce savoring local wines (Gattinara, Ghemme, Barbaresco, Barolo, ...)
