There are two double bedrooms , one with a Juliet balcony. The kitchen is modern & newly fitted and the living room also has a dining area. Also parking is not a problem with a parking space for this house only!. A fabulous property.

Situated approx 16 km from the beach at Las Marinas. Local shop is 5mins walking distance, the town of Antas approx 1km. Suitable for 1 or 2 people needing a short stay at an economical price. Cosy countryside casita for two in Andalucia.

Lovely, welcoming casita for two in the tranquil Andalucian countryside. This is truly a place to unwind and relax. Walking and cycling tracks direct from the door. The village is 5 minutes drive away with 3 bars, serving delicious food. 15 minutes away is the lovely town of Huercal-Overa where you can find all amenities including supermarkets, restaurants and beautiful architecture in the old town where you can while away many an hour with a drink and tapa. The coast is just 40 minutes drive.

Este estupendo chalet adosado de tres habitaciones en primera línea de playa es el lugar perfecto para pasar tus vacaciones en familia o con amigos. La planta baja consta de un salón comedor, cocina independiente, un aseo y dos jardines, uno de ellos de 80m2 que da acceso a la zona de piscinas de la urbanización. En la primera planta hay 3 habitaciones (dos de ellas con vistas al mar) y dos baños completos (uno de ellos en suite). La última planta es una espectacular terraza con vistas al mar.

Dispone de un dormitorio con cama de matrimonio y otro dormitorio con dos camas individuales, todas las estancias con ventiladores recién instalados. La vivienda tambien dispone de lavadora, nevera, vitrocerámica, plancha, microondas, menaje, ropa de cama y toallas. La urbanización, a 500 metros de la playa, tiene dos piscinas y una preciosa zona común. No dispongo de aparcamiento y no admito mascotas.
