Spread over two floors and a rooftop with a solarium-dining room, the house overlooks the beach and village, a community pool, patio with a barbecue, porch, balcony, barbecue, fireplace, smart TV... The mattresses are all memory foam, the kitchen has all the appliances and we have air conditioning. There are two full bathrooms, bedding, ceiling fans, mosquito nets, Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, sofa bed, child gate option, Wi-Fi, etc.

The bungalow is situated on 4 hectares of land 1km from Alhanchete, a village just outside Cuevas del Almanzora in the province of Almería. Far from the crowded holiday resorts but only 15 minutes by car from the beach, 5 minutes from Cuevas del Almanzora, a small town dating back centuries, that has kept its authentic character. Splendid views over the valley of the Almanzora River, the town of Cuevas, the rowing course and the mountains of Sierra Almagrero.
