Great little apartment, close to the beach. Easy walk to town and access to excellent hiking. Anne was very responsive and helpful throughout!

A perfect location in a magical town. The terrace is absolutely beautiful and the location is wonderful for exploring the area or catching a ferry. Would definitely return!

Luca's place helped us relax and refresh in the middle of our two week trip. we were able to wash our clothes and take a shower in a larger than the mini showers we were using in other places along the way. Luca is extremely helpful and responsive. I want to thank you very much for the great place Luca!

Very nice balcony. Some of the windows have window screens, so you can open them without worrying about mosquitoes. The WiFi could be improved, it didn’t work at times during our stay.

I'll start by saying that Fatjon and Anjeza are two really kind and courteous hosts courteous, very responsive in answering with quick times. The apartment is located on the second floor without an elevator and is truly equipped with every comfort. The towels were super soft and very fragrant and the cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable, everything extremely clean and tidy. We stayed in the apartment with 4 adults and a 18-month-old baby and felt at home. Really, congratulations, if I ever come back to the area we know where to stay

My wife and I have stayed in the beautiful Cinque Terre village of Vernazza three times and this is definately the best accommodation. It is literally less than a minutes walk to Piazza Guglielmo via 10 steps from the apartment door. The window opens out onto the harbour end of the main via, which is a great place to watch the goings on in the piazza. There are numerous restaurants and bars within minutes (or less) walking time. The apartment is basic, yet well equipped with a comfortable bed and standard kitchen items. It is going to be the apartment we book on our return to Vernazza.

Lovely apartment and only a short walk to all the shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Great location!

The apartment was amazing - comfortable, cosy, clean, nicely decorated and furnished. The location is perfect, super close to the train station so you can easily visit Cinque Terre, close to Coop (supermarket), also walking distance to the city centre to go to restaurants, stores and marina. Alessandra was very communicative from the start, gave us local recommendations and advice, very kind. We highly recommend staying here!

We were unable to take advantage of the possibilities offered by the location of the apartment due to our lack of time, but the accommodation and location alone are worth the vacation. this is a great place to stay if you are looking to explore the area, we took the train to Cinque Terre and it was so close and easy! the apartment is clean and has everything you might need to make a meal, do some laundry or relax after a big day of exploring! Dario was great to meet and gave us good advice on how to get around. The patio is also lovely.

Incredible hosts. I had to cancel my stay after 1 night for personal reasons and Christiana was so gracious and helpful, even giving us her contact info in case we needed more help later. The place is small but extremely clean and functional with all basic necessities provided and everything you need. Bed is extremely comfy. Location is right in the middle of town with an amazing viewpoint a 1 min walk away. Only one flight of stairs to get in. No view as the listing states but if you will be out exploring a lot this would 100% be the best place for a home base. Incredible value for money since in addition to the affordable price Christiana can get you discounted train and trekking cards, offers a discount at her restaurant, and the included breakfast is generous and delicious! Excellent location to leave the car and explore Cinque Terre. 5 min walk to train, 6 min walk to large grocery store. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the patio listening to the birds. Ground floor so no stairs. Place is a bit dated but functional.

Superlative Stay! Gianluca's attention to detail and mission-driven service as a host is on-point. A delightful pied-a-terre with fantastic views set hillside in Lerici, it's hard to imagine as you sit on the terrace watching the sunset while sipping on a local vintage why you haven't booked this place for even longer than the three weeks you already have. We loved our stay in Santa Margherita! Cosimo’s place was clean, spacious and quiet. It’s walkable without big luggage (5 minutes from the station, but up steep stairs!). We stayed with our 6 month baby and walked to the main city centre multiple times. Thank you for your lovely home- we would recommend this place to anyone travelling to the area!

The house is truly wonderful, with attention to detail and a unique style that makes it memorable. Joke, who takes care of the check-in, was very kind and helpful, although the procedure was a bit long and requires a little patience. The rooms are a bit dark, and there is an area that looks more like a storage room than a space well integrated with the rest of the accommodation - a small detachment in an otherwise very well-kept context. Apart from that, everything is wonderful: welcoming environments, relaxing atmosphere and great attention to detail. The price is high, in line with the average in the area, considering the style and quality of the experience.

Tamara was a great host. She welcomed us very friendly and gave lot of recommendations about the area. Even when our dog got sick she was very helpful and supportive. The Appartement was great, very comfy and clean. The balcony was perfect for breakfast and dinner. Would definetely recommend to go there.

We had a great time at the place! The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the pictures. The location was great. It is quiet, but still central. The check-in went smoothly, and the host was very friendly, easily accessible and helpful with questions. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. Cozy apartment with great terrace and pool from which you have a wonderful view of nature and the sea. The road to the apartment is adventurous, but passable. For this, the area is very quiet and nature is around the apartment. The hosts were super friendly and always available. I would definitely spend a second vacation here too!

Divide & Laura we superb hosts. They responded promptly to all messages and requests. Laura was really friendly, she met us at the property and explained everything. The accommodation is spotlessly clean, whilst its small they have used the space in a really clever way and there is everything you need, The pool looked lovely but we didn’t use it, The views are fantastic and once you have parked your car everything is in walking distance, we loved our stay and will be back.
