Cactus Casita!! Stick around for long term stays!

Cactus Casita has leather den furniture, and open concept den, dining and kitchen. The bathroom is recently remodeled and updated. Both bedrooms have their own desk and closet. The stackable new washer and dryer are inside between the bedrooms convenient to all. Central heat and air keep this cozy cactus decorated house comfortable for work or play. Conveniently located near the grocery store, Starbucks and fast food corridor, this is a wonderful home. WiFi . You’ll want to stick around !

Clean, Comfortable, Next to park, 2 min from Tech

This home is located directly across the street from a large park with jogging trail. It is, literally, within 2 min of Texas Tech University. It has one large new sofa, new appliances, 65’ tv in two of the rooms and the living room, a 32’ tv in the dining room area. Plenty of closet and dresser space and new floors and carpet and washer and dryer. Extremely close to the United Spirit Arena, and Jones Stadium and 1 min from UMC. Decent sized backyard, with driveway parking.
