We loved staying at Jd&Al's place. They were so warm and welcoming and their place is beautiful, so tastefully decorated. Saint Cap Jean Ferrat was lovely to walk around at the end of our trip and we enjoyed cooking dinner in the kitchen on our last night. Wouldn't change a thing.

Teresa’s place exceeded my wife’s and my expectations. Not only is the unit one of the cleanest we’ve ever experienced, but it felt high-end, complete with robes, slippers, comfortable bedding, and a very nice bathroom equipped with not only great-smelling bath gel, shampoo, and conditioner, but body lotion (all of which my wife appreciated) and even other items you might find in mid-and-upper-range hotel rooms. We cooked just about every night in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed the views from the balcony, sitting outside whenever we had the chance. The nearby bakeries were also perfect for morning pastries and daily baguettes, and the market near the police station had a great selection of local wines, ciders, produce, etc. The Smart TV allowed us to log into our streaming accts. and Wi-fi was great. Once we figured out how to use the combo washer/dryer, we appreciated having the ability to do a few loads of laundry. We had a thoroughly great time during our stay.

We stayed 3nights in Nice, and it was a great spot. The ducted AC broke down couple days before check-in , which we were offered free cancellation as well, however Radostina went above and beyond to make sure we are ok to stay. She purchased a mobile AC unit, added a couple of fans and welcomed us with some treats and champagne on top of giving us free parking. It was warm at times but we spent most our times away and there are automatic black out shutters to keep the sun and heat away. The unit was comfortable set up with everything you’d need. Large balcony, coffee machine, washing machine etc. The tram, petrol station and the water are just steps away. Easy connection to the train if you visiting other parts of the French Riviera as well. Would recommend to stay!

Wonderful property, beautiful location, incredible view. This property was everything I had hoped for. Terrific spot right on the water, walkable beach clubs, shops, restaurants. The host was very responsive and everything in the apartment was perfect. Hoping to rent this again next year!

It was one of the most beautiful air bnbs I’ve ever stayed in. The views were incredible and it had such a cute kitchen. It was the perfect location to many restaurants and many beaches.

Great location — super easy to walk to everything, from restaurants to the beach. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-renovated. It had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

I want with my Wife for Anniversary and the space was even better than the pictures. Form the 360 ocean views to the hikes you can do across the city. This place is spectacular. I highly recommend.

We had a fantastic time at this place! From the first moment, we felt at home – everything was very lovingly furnished and exactly as described. Communication with Laurent was excellent: fast, warm and uncomplicated. A big thank you for the all-round successful stay! We will be happy to come back.

Perfect stay for a couple. A car is required to get around. I wouldn't recommend trying to do the trip without a car. The views of Monaco from the dining room are amazing. Air conditioning works well and host is nice. Overall 9/10

Teresa is a lovely host. We have stayed here many times and love it. The apartment is in such a great location and Teresa makes the whole process easy. She is very personable and easy to communicate with.

Will be returning here next time i'm in Nice- it is a spectacular place to stay. The location is perfect, the view from the balcony is gorgeous and the hosts were very responsive. Easy access to both the beach and shopping/restaurants

We had a lovely stay. Apartment looks like photos. Well maintained. We had questions and they were answered promptly by our host and taken care of quickly. Maria was helpful at check in despite the language barrier. Loved our stay, had all we needed. Walk into town is doable but lots of hills and stairs. 10 min walk or a quick Uber. Angelique was amazing in her prompt response to any questions.

The Airbnb is in an amazing location! Very clean. Very quiet building. Everything was nearly perfect. The only thing I would note is that picking up your key prior to getting to your airbnb is a bit of a hassle. We got off a 9 hour flight and had rented a car, so my husband had to drop me off at the intersection so I could run to the pick up location to get the key and then he had to drive around to come back and pick me up. Many of the streets there are one way so it took him about 10 mins to get back to me. However, this may just be a personal issue, because if you are walking or taking the tram it seems extremely easy. Also the water in the shower does not stay hot for very long so showers have to be very quick and you have to shower together or else the second person won’t have warm water 😂 Other than those two things, I highly recommend this airbnb and would likely stay here again if I had to pick.

Almost new, bright, well-equipped, well-located. Host responsive to any issues. We really enjoyed this 3-day stay as part of a wedding.

We had a wonderful few days. The best part is the view on the sea which is absolutely fabulous. Best place to relax, to have some food, a nice enjoyable drink. Apartment is also very well equipped, especially the kitchen. There is no air conditioning, but much better to dive in the swimming pool or the sea (first access at the end of a few steps) if you need to cool down. From there we did a few beautiful day trip to Cannes, Nice and Monaco, all easy to reach, and enjoyed taking the time to go by the road by the sea. Roberto was also available before and during our trip to provide very good instructions and advices (like local restaurants). Always available and always provided a friendly answer. And thanks for the paddle board which allowed us to visit nearby beaches.

Raymond and Anne share with guests their beautiful home, but they are exceptionally warm, interesting, and charming people to meet. It was an excellent combination for a magical and memorable vacation to Monaco. I would not go back unless we can stay with them again! Besides the amazing views, refreshing pool and clean jacuzzi, there were even fireworks several of the nights over the bay! Our hosts generously left wine, snacks, and coffee in the unit, as well as a fully stocked bathroom. More than anything, we really loved spending time with them. Highly recommend this AirBnB!

Very nice location, the house is quiet and beautiful, suitable for a holiday to slowly enjoy the surrounding beauty, the interior is fully equipped, clean, everything is just right, the owner replied in time, and recommended the use of various facilities around.The most surprising thing is that there are many delicious and scenic restaurants in the nearby ancient city. There are new expectations every day😚. It is highly recommended for self-driving travelers.

Lovely apartment that is 10 minute stroll from restaurants and bars on the harbour front. Very clean, tidy and well decorated. The outside space and retractable doors provide amazing outside / inside space. Miguel was easily contactable, providing clear directions and met us at the property for checkin. Aldi supermarket 1 minute walk has all immediate needs. Parking is free on street however not always guaranteed immediately outside. Would highly recommend
