Le studio se trouve à l’étage de notre maison, avec entrée indépendante (escalier extérieur neuf avec marches anti glisse). Vous pourrez garer votre voiture dans la cour ou le parking à proximité s'il n'y a plus de place dans la cour. Notre maison est proche des commerces, d’un arrêt de bus, de l’autoroute A71 de Bourges (10-15 minutes) et de la gare de St Florent sur Cher. This romantic chateau farm offers a historic 100sp meters/1000 sq feet building from the 15th century. . Belonging to the 17th century Château de Colombe next to it, this gîte is in a calm environment close to Bourges with its medieval center and world heritage Cathedral. Only 3 hours from Paris with many famous chateaux in easy driving distance, Stuart and Patrick have created an oasis of calm. Welcome to our new home located at "Clos Mylodro", 3 min from the private hospital De Varye (10 min by foot) and 10 min by car from Gare de Bourges. I'm happy to start hosting again! Here is our charming and comfortable apartment, independent of our private house, that can accommodate four people (+ a baby), with covered terrace, garden furniture and private parking (large utility ok).
