With spectacular coastal and mountain views, a fantastic heated pool and lovely outdoor areas offering both sun and shade, relaxation and activity (table tennis, jacuzzi, mini golf, pool table plus children’s games) our family of 10 have enjoyed the perfect holiday here. The outdoor kitchen, close to the pool, provides an ideal social space with a big table and amazing views. It was easy to stay and relax at the villa but worth heading out to explore the beautiful local area, Porto Vecchio, Bonifacio and many beautiful beaches along the coast. Our hosts Giulia and her husband were both really friendly and helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had - thank you.

Great family stay at Villa Serenita. The house was beautiful, super well-equipped, quiet. There were 9 of us and everyone had their own space, it was very nice. The pool, the jacuzzi, the pool table, the foosball... a real treat for young and old. Jean Pascal was very friendly, welcoming. You can go there with your eyes closed, you won't be disappointed.

The large villa with many individual rooms was perfect for our group of 12. Jean François and Marie-Pierre were very responsive, helpful and friendly.

Very charming cottage, which we really enjoyed, its equipment, the quiet, the garden, we would really want to spend a week there!

We had a wonderful stay at Cathy and Fabien's. The house is beautiful, a little secluded in the scrub which ensures perfect tranquility but less than 10 minutes' drive from all amenities and shops. The hosts provided amenities for our baby. The house is very well equipped, very clean and a big plus for the sunny terrace all day and the pool. Cathy and Fabien provided us with a list of restaurants and activities upon arrival We recommend and will be happy to come back!

Positive points: - total change of scenery - Good welcome - ⁠villa in the heart of the countryside - each room has its own bathroom -Heatedpool - responsiveness to requests - towels and sheets available. Cons: - the access path to the sheepfold is very degraded - Bed linen-duvets for children absent despite knowing the number of people (7) at the time of booking - some bulbs out of order - ⁠TVs in the rooms did not work - ⁠XPTV is not working very well. - lack of a lot of cutlery and pans especially for 7 people - No breakfast (photos on the site). - The bedroom doors do not close from the outside and the keys to the shutters do not allow for the securing of non-luggage. - Lack of shower curtains at the bathtub in the bedrooms - The bidet is not connected so no water (room near dining room) - ⁠2 slats HS bunk bed and the bed squeaks a lot - no duplicate keys when there are many people

I had a perfect stay at Bérangère's accomodation and enjoyed wunderful days near Calcatoggio! The view is absolutely stunning and the flat is very lovingly designed. Yes, there is a road above the house, but it didn't bother me, it was still pleasently quiet. The electricity consumption (especially for heating) was also fine for winter conditions (between 2-5 degrees at night), about 5 euros per day. 2 things you should know, car needed and there is another accomodation of Bérangère right next to it. Absolute recommendation and I would love to come back! Thank you so much Bérangère and François!

Very friendly and discreet hosts, pleasant accommodation, quiet, only the fridge offered was a little small but they made a little space for us in the garage fridge so that's it. Ideally located for sightseeing, plus quiet.

Great stay at Françoise's! Everything is perfect. From welcome to departure. Françoise is very responsive if necessary but above all very discreet, in order to let her tenants enjoy the dwelling and its environment freely and serenely. Accommodation entirely compliant with the description and photos, really exceptional for its ideal location, its soothing and refreshing environment and its owner so adorable. Small treats, fresh water on arrival, everything is organized in a very thoughtful way. So you can book your next stay with Françoise, without hesitating! Once again, thank you for everything! We had an excellent week in this little paradise. Marie Dominique and Regis' house is functional, very well equipped and what about the beautiful terrace overlooking the Bay of Santa Julia. We were greeted by Laure, very smiling, professional and available. All the tips and tricks of Marie Dominique and Regis were very valuable to us to enhance our stay. We highly recommend this place and this beautiful home We'll be happy to go back.

We had a wonderful holiday! The place looked even nicer in person than in the pictures and we immediately felt comfortable. Vincent greeted us personally when we arrived and provided us with many tips. The villa is a great starting point for the beautiful beaches along the east coast, for visiting Bonifacio or for hiking in the Bavella mountains. We will be back :)

I had an absolutely wonderful week in this beautiful villa! The setting is exceptional: the 270° view is simply breathtaking, a true haven of peace. The house is decorated with great taste, very well-equipped, and remarkably comfortable. Special mention for the heated pool, perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. Everything was impeccably clean when we arrived, and communication was smooth, warm and very attentive. A huge thank you to Karen, who is a very beautiful, caring and available person. You can feel that she puts her heart into offering an unforgettable experience to her guests. I recommend this address with my eyes closed and I sincerely hope to return soon. Laurent and Stéphanie's villa is really in the center of everything there is to see in the south of Corsica while remaining away from the noise and the world. The setting and the view are great, as is the interior and the comfort of the villa which is perfectly suitable for 6 people (even adults)!!! Laurent is a typically Corsican character who deserves to be known and basta. Thank you for 😜 your welcome and surely see you soon.

This was the third time we stayed at Calm and Charm in Porto Vecchio and it was just great to be back! We immediately felt at home! The house is beautiful with a large, private, garden and it's close to the lovely city of Porto Vecchio and the beautiful Palombaggia. Thank you very much for the great service, we'll be back in 2026!

Let me tell you, this is a rare find. It is better than the photos show, although the photos are striking! Not only the views are immaculate, but there is this perfect serenity, only the birds singing and insects chirping. And all the scents of the hundreds of plants. The place is super clean and private, you can be naked there and no one will see you. The kitchen and the house has everything you might need. The kitchen is equipped very well. I especially loved Illy coffee machine (Conrad provided the capsules for our convenience). The shared pool we always used alone and actually never saw any other guests at all. The wonderful Polumbaggia beach is very close, but it is safer to drive there. Conrad was always very responsive and gave us lots of information. We were staying with kids and found eating out quite expensive everywhere. But Conrad recommended L'Ondella, which we really loved and the prices were good. In any case we will surely return, this is a perfect holiday spot.

Jean Michel was a wonderful host, nothing was too much trouble. The villa is stunning and very comfortable. Our little boy loved playing with all the toys which are a brilliant addition for anyone staying with children, no need to pack lots of toys. We had a brilliant time at Jean Michel’s villa.
