We had a wonderful stay at Abubakar’s place. It was relaxing but had the right amount of opportunities for entertainment. The natural setting was beautiful - we walked to the beach and viewed migrating horseshoe crabs and the accompanying shorebirds. (The insects were in full force this time of year, so we did cover up well. )The screened in porch was a perfect place for enjoying the sights and sounds. We took advantage of the ping pong tables,bicycles and big screen tv. The local pickleball courts are within biking distance and we enjoyed a few games. Great host and property. We hope to return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Liz’s place for a long weekend! We stayed with 3 small dogs who ran laps around the huge fully fenced in yard all weekend long; Only thing to note is there is not direct access to the backyard from the house, just a few small steps from the side door to the fence.. wasn’t a problem for us, our dogs learned quickly! The neighborhood is quiet and while the beach on the bay isn’t exactly for lounging, it was a quick walk from the house and was perfect for morning & evening walks! It was amazing to see all of the horseshoe crabs. The beaches of Cape May are a quick 20 minute drive. Liz provided an extensive list of recommendations prior to our arrival which made it easy to plan ahead. We had some rain and wind during our stay but the house was cozy for when we weren’t out & about! The beds were comfortable. Highly recommend this stay!

We had a lovely time at this bayfront home! The views from the balconies were amazing. The house was very very clean and had everything we needed. Host answered our questions and had helpful communications. We hope to visit again soon!

Well equipped house within very short walking distance to quite, private beach. Great amenities -- including bikes, kayak and paddle board. Private beach was gorgeous and very dog friendly, water was calm and shallow. Short driving distance to Lewes for great food, including terrific crabs.

This residence was spotlessly clean and well-stocked with all that was needed for a great stay with family. Spacious rooms, multiple porches/decks, nice view of the bay, and beautiful pool/patio area were all enjoyable features of the home.

We loved staying here for our family getaway! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Added bonus that beach chairs and umbrellas are available so we didn't need to bring ours! It was clean and beautifully decorated. The location was peaceful and the scenery was breathtaking. Janna was very responsive to any concerns or needs. We would love to stay here again! highly recommend!

Beautiful place, quiet, comfortable, clean, well maintained landscaping, and has all the accessories typically required! Beautiful back yard for sitting too. Close proximity to the bay side beach is a plus, and very quiet neighborhood. Linda provided a book with recommendations around Cape May area. Felt very welcoming and right at home!

This is a very family friendly home and beach. The beach was very close and so private. I loved the fire pit and the hot tub. The way the house was divided into three living spaces on each floor was really great for our situation. There were so many amenities, such as the kayaks, the fishing poles, and the bikes. I also really liked how the kitchen was well stocked, which made it feel very homelike. The host was very responsive - within 10 minutes, even late at night. Area is nice & close to Rehoboth boardwalk, about a 30 minute drive. This is my first time in a northern East Coast beach, and it was really great. It was a bay, so there were not a ton of waves, which worked out well for our kids. But for a bay, it did seem really close to open ocean as well, so I didn’t feel like we were missing out. There was so much wildlife in the area. We saw stingrays, dolphins, sharks, and of course, horseshoe crabs. Recommend 100%. Bring bug (mosquito) spray - only negative. Will stay again!

We visit Rehoboth every summer., and Thierry and Teresa's property was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. The location was conveniently located by the outlets and grocery stores without having to go out the main road where it gets super congested. The property itself was beautiful and it felt like home for us. We found comfort and relaxation throughout the entire house, but the sunroom was our absolute favorite spot! We spent a lot of time in the sunroom for coffee, lunch, and dinner after a day outdoors. Our littles loved the bonus kids' room. They spent a lot of time enjoying the books provided and watching shows after a long day at the beach. The two fridges were also amazing to keep all of our drinks and food for two families. We would book Thierry and Teresa's property again!

We enjoyed our stay with Oceans Edge Vacations at Marigot Beach Suites! The unit was very clean and in a great location with access to the beach in under 1 minute. The Host and Oceans Edge Vacations team was excellent! Upon check in Airbnb had an old # listed first on my account instead on my current #. My check in instructions was sent by Airbnb to the old # instead of my current #. The Oceans Edge Vacations staff was patient and attentive with me in solving the issue. Oceans Edge Vacations team sent me my check in instructions to my current # fast and explained how the issue can be fixed with Airbnb. Since my check in instructions was sent to a # that wasn't mine currently I requested a new access code be sent. The Oceans Edge Vacations staff changed my access code and sent it immediately. I was then free to enjoy my visit knowing no one but me had access to my unit. I can't say enough about the unit, Oceans Edge Vacations and it's Staff. I strongly recommend Oceans Edge Vacations.

Dave’s place was nothing short of phenomenal. I’ve stayed at many an Airbnb and have never had such a pristine experience along with a host that was bending over backwards. I don’t think I waited more than 10 minutes for a response from Dave when I had a question. The location is at the top of cape may with beautiful scenery in the front and total privacy in the back. I can’t encourage people enough to stay here! It was perfect.

We had an amazing stay and we loved the pool! It's definitely not your average Airbnb and felt like home. We had 5 adults & 1 toddler. The upstairs was great for the toddler/my husband and I since it was larger and had the private bathroom but was still usable to other guests, if needed because of the separate doors. There also had all the beach amenities you would need, which was so helpful - along with the Rehoboth parking pass. We can't thank M&M enough for this great option!

This place was absolutely amazing, clean and beautiful. Very spacious and family friendly, the community was quiet and clean.

Our family of 5 loved our time in the Rehoboth Beach area. Danielle was a responsive, friendly host and her home was a lovely respite from the bustling beach and boardwalk. We loved gathering in the open kitchen/dining & living room for family meals, movies, and games. The backyard and pool area is so peaceful & inviting, they clearly put a lot of thought and care into the outdoors and the whole home. We stay in a lot of airbnbs and this was one of our favorites. It’s well-situated just about a 7 minute drive to Rehoboth and a 15 minute drive to Lewes. Some recommendations we could offer include: making dish towels available in the kitchen (to avoid using too many paper towels), adding carpet treads to the stairs (the hardwood is beautiful but slippery), and refreshing the mattress in the second king bedroom (we found it overly soft). That said we loved our time and would happily stay again!

Tara was very responsive to us during our stay and prompt. The home was perfect for my husband and I as well as our two kids, in laws and dog. The fenced in yard was very nice for our dog. We enjoy walking to the bay which was nice and close even though our daughter called it the scary beach since there were horseshoe crabs everywhere (we learned it's their season to lay eggs in the sand). The home is in a nice location in a quiet neighborhood.

My husband and I LOVED Teresa’s place! It was exactly as pictured, honestly it’s better in person than the pictures! My biggest thing I look for when staying anywhere is cleanliness and this place was clean! I didn’t at all feel like it wasn’t properly cleaned in between visitors (which is a big thing for me). The location is also amazing, with easy parking and great walk ability. It is a small drive to go to downtown, but that’s ok because it actually felt more peaceful slightly away from all the crowds. Teresa was also super responsive and helpful with some great recommendations. Overall, this is a MUST STAY!!! We will definitely be going back!

Great place, great location! Horseshoe crabs at the beach was an unexpected bonus! The home itself is very clean, and there are many nice touches throughout. The shower in the Master suite is enormous! The kitchen is spacious and stocked with many dishes, pots and pans, but could use some more food basics (like sugar and coffee). Our only real complaints are about the beds: the ones on the first floor are a bit creaky, and the ceiling in the loft is so low that the beds up there are really only for young kids under 5 feet tall that can climb a ladder. However, the pullout bed in the couch is great, so we were just fine. Overall a fantastic place -- we would stay again!

We had such a lovely time at the Blue Pearl! Karen is a wonderful host, very communicative and pleasant. The house was delightful and exactly as described. Slaughter Beach is private and peaceful with its own charms, the wildlife being one of them. Great stay!

There are many nice features about the rental. Being by the Beach, the living spaces are on the second and third floor, so the dumbwaiter is helpful to transfer your luggage items to the top floors. With board games, bumper pool, shuffle board, arcade, 2 TV areas, large dining table and roof deck, there is plenty of entertainment in the house and plenty of nooks for everyone to occupy. All the bathrooms are inside the bedrooms except one. Roof deck has a great view of sunrise and sunset. On the ground floor, there are beach chairs, wagon, and kayaks available. We were there for Memorial weekend and horseshoe crabs were supposed to be beaching to mate at high tide, but unfortunately we didn't catch them at the right time. We still saw plenty of crabs and collected plenty of shells. The beach access is easy and feels so private. we love being away from the crowd. Rehoboth, Lewey, and Cape Henlopen state Park are only a short drive away for half day excursions. We all loved this trip!

We had a really nice stay! Great, quite location. A block away from Lloyds made it really easy to pop out for food and snacks. The salt shack is great fun for kids -- they can put their sodas in the fridge, make popcorn in the microwave, and put a movie on the TV. And there are board and yard games. The kitchen was small and without a dishwasher but it's well stocked and you can make a full meal.

It's a lovely house in a tranquil setting with lots of birding opportunities, biking and a 10 minute walk (or 1 minute drive) to Slaughter Beach. Great indoor space plus a screened porch for dining alfresco and other porches/decks for relaxing. We also visited Broadkill Beach which is a 15 minute drive. Lewes or Rehoboth beaches are closer to 25 minutes.

Edward Joseph's property was beautiful and truly helped my wife and I enjoy our anniversary. We might not have brought our dog had we known the cost upfront, inability for her to use the furniture or that neighbors would rat on my wife because our dog peed on her overgrown grass.

Our family had a wonderful time in Julia’s Dune House. The setting was perfect, there was enough space for us to be together and also have the option of quiet alone time in the bedrooms. She has lots of puzzles and other games to play.

My family has stayed at this home in Lewes three times and we plan to stay again. The best thing about it is its location only two blocks from the main street in the charming town center. It is very pet friendly and has a great back yard. The kitchen and dinning room are sunny and it is a nice place to cook and eat. The neighborhood is quiet and safe but very easy to get around. You can walk to the Bay in about 20 minutes. The only major drawback is that the upstairs bathroom is only directly accessible from two of the bedrooms. Someone staying in the third bedroom upstairs needs to use the bathroom downstairs or walk through one of the bedrooms. The stairs are a bit steep.
