Beautiful spot! Great location, close to all the happenings of Ocean City, but peaceful and quiet at the house…perfect set up. Great neighborhood. The house is beautiful, all the beds very comfortable. The back deck is gorgeous, thoroughly enjoyed that space and taking the kayaks out on the canal! It’s worth bringing your own linens and towels, we packed everything into a large tote and it worked out perfectly. Very responsive and friendly host! We had a great time here and plan to return. Highly recommend!

We loved this house. First- I want to express how nice Kristin is. When we arrived early after a 9 hour drive she let us check in early and responded very rapidly to any inquiries I had. My kids spent hours playing with all the toys provided and the fenced in back yard was great for them to play in. The community pool was the cherry on top. We went every day and met some of the nicest neighbors! This area is very safe and convenient. 15 mins to Lewes beach, 20 to Rehoboth and 20 to Henlopen state park. My kids loved the Movie at Midway (10 min drive), the water parks (15 min drive) and Funland (20 mins) and a trampoline park (10 mins). The kitchen was fully stocked and had non stick pans that were NOT SCRATCHED! (That’s rare for Airbnb’s) We cooked every single night at home and lacked for nothing. I would rate this 100 stars if I could!

We absolutely loved this house! Heather and Andrew were fantastic hosts friendly, responsive, and helpful. They answered all of our questions promptly and gave an excellent recommendations. The outdoor space was great and it helped to keep the kids entertained even when the weather didn’t cooperate. The house itself was spotless, well maintained, and felt very welcoming. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and family friendly beach getaway!

Autumn’s place was such a gem in a great location. I’m so glad I found Autumn’s place and that it was available because it was the perfect for girl’s weekend with 9 other girls! Autumn’s place was stocked with beach towels and chairs so we did not need to pack our own and this was such a great amenity. The pool was also a nice feature because we liked to relax there after a day on the beach. There were plenty of sleeping accommodations for everyone and the beds were comfortable. Autumn was very responsive and accommodating and provided great recommendations on things to do in the area. All the girls were very impressed with the house and it is laid out perfectly for a large gathering and was very spacious. Thanks for being a great host, Autumn! We’d love to come back if we are lucky enough to find any availability!

This house exceeded our expectations and the photos online as it had a beautiful setting, spacious with large windows, lots of light, a beautiful view of the lake and the pool, excellent fishing, and we even saw a bald eagle! We bought our kayaks and enjoyed the lake and the house was so well supplied with anything guests would need. Lots of things to do in nearby Lewes and Rehobeth – beaches, mini golf, outlet malls, antique stores, really good seafood restaurants, cycling on the bicycle path that is very convenient,and fishing in the canal and off the pier. We have stayed here many times & wouldn't consider any place else. The home is very well furnished. The kitchen is very well supplied. It is minutes from Lewes, Rehoboth Beach, and Delaware State Parks and provides a very large swimming pool + hot tub. And you can't beat it for privacy which is very important to our large family. I'd give then place more stars if they were available.

Van's home was beautiful and spacious! We had three families (6 adults, 2 kids) staying there, and we had plenty of room! The pool was lovely, and the backyard was great! The only bummer was that there was construction going on behind the property, and it was quite loud during the day on weekdays. Otherwise, we had a fantastic visit and would suggest this home to others!

Salty Roots Surf Shack provides good value for its price. The hosts were quick to respond to questions and it was easy to find, park, and get inside. The furnishings were comfortable (especially the beds) and adequate to our needs (we had to move a couple of lamps in order to read in the main room). We found the location convenient, but the house sits at a very busy intersection with traffic noise nearly 24/7., and we had to make short drives to find a safe green space to walk our dog. Overall, a successful rental. Our thanks to the hosts!

We enjoyed our stay. Considering how close it was to the beach, the house was a great deal. Probably the best value for an AirBNB I've ever stayed.

This is a very family friendly home and beach. The beach was very close and so private. I loved the fire pit and the hot tub. The way the house was divided into three living spaces on each floor was really great for our situation. There were so many amenities, such as the kayaks, the fishing poles, and the bikes. I also really liked how the kitchen was well stocked, which made it feel very homelike. The host was very responsive - within 10 minutes, even late at night. Area is nice & close to Rehoboth boardwalk, about a 30 minute drive. This is my first time in a northern East Coast beach, and it was really great. It was a bay, so there were not a ton of waves, which worked out well for our kids. But for a bay, it did seem really close to open ocean as well, so I didn’t feel like we were missing out. There was so much wildlife in the area. We saw stingrays, dolphins, sharks, and of course, horseshoe crabs. Recommend 100%. Bring bug (mosquito) spray - only negative. Will stay again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Mike’s home in Lewes. From the moment we booked, Mike went above and beyond with clear and thoughtful instructions, and his recommendations for local amenities and town highlights were incredibly helpful. The house itself was spotless, cozy, and truly felt like a home away from home. I’ve honestly never slept better—everything about the space made us feel instantly comfortable and relaxed. Mike also stocked the house with so many thoughtful touches that made our stay even easier: cleaning supplies, basic cooking essentials like oils and spices, plenty of paper products, and even Pyrex storage containers. These were meaningful extras that made a big difference. I cannot wait to stay here again—it was a perfect getaway in every sense!

Bohdan’s place was a perfect spot to visit with two toddlers and our dogs. We had room to spread out and the yard was great for the dogs. The road backs up to a large neighborhood that is quiet and very walkable, and it is an easy drive to beaches/activities/restaurants. Bohdan was communicative and gave clear instructions for the stay. Would stay again if back in Rehoboth.

We had a great stay here. The house was so clean and comfy! The outdoor oasis was epic. Josh was so responsive and helpful. We will definitely love to come back! As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a clean smelling open comfy place to relax. We stayed outside in the back yard most of the time. It was great to have so much room and be able to unwind enjoy ourselves. I highly recommend this place to stay!

The house is lovely and well appointed with the little things we always forget. The screened porch is expansive and perfect for peaceful bay views and catching ocean breezes.

We needed a place to stay while we transitioned to Delaware. This was the perfect place for us. It was close to the beach, comfortable, very quite, and everyone was so friendly. We felt like we were at home even if it was a temporary stop. There was plenty of space and things we needed to make our stay smooth. Shane and Erin were helpful and wonderful hosts, they let us know of upcoming event's and if there was anything we should be aware of. I would recommend this place to couples or families. We stayed during the holidays and it felt magical to be there during this time.

We loved staying here for our family getaway! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Added bonus that beach chairs and umbrellas are available so we didn't need to bring ours! It was clean and beautifully decorated. The location was peaceful and the scenery was breathtaking. Janna was very responsive to any concerns or needs. We would love to stay here again! highly recommend!

Beautiful place, quiet, comfortable, clean, well maintained landscaping, and has all the accessories typically required! Beautiful back yard for sitting too. Close proximity to the bay side beach is a plus, and very quiet neighborhood. Linda provided a book with recommendations around Cape May area. Felt very welcoming and right at home!

It is a beautiful condo with a nice pool next door, plenty of parking and quiet atmosphere for families. It is well appropriated e.g., beach chairs, coffee pods. Dan was extremely proactive and responsive. We will definitely recommend highly to anyone considering to stay here

To say this was anything shy of an amazing experience would be an understatement. I have never had a host so responsive and sweet. Courtney’s house was absolutely beautiful and the small details in her home made our stay cozy and warm. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our two dogs and the house was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need (the keurig machine stopped working our second day and she had one on our doorstep the very next morning, even though we said it wasn’t necessary) . The beach was a short 13 minute drive, the outlets were less than five minutes away and the restaurants were all within 15 minutes away. The neighborhood was situated in a very quiet community which made it very peaceful at night. I would 100% recommend Courtney’s home over and over. Thanks for an amazing experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful and very nicely remodeled beach house. Everything was very well thought out, extremely clean, and truly felt like a home away from home. Fixtures feel very high end and everything looks exactly like the pictures. Ananda and Asa even changed one of the bedroom setups from a couch to a bunk bed a few weeks before our stay and went out of their way to communicate the change to us. We truly feel this was by far one of the nicest Airbnb’s we have stayed at. Our only concern, which is completely out of the host’s control, is the surrounding neighborhood. A house next door seemed possibly abandoned. Down the street, there were some sketchy people walking around, but they seemed to stay at a different house and didn’t seem to make their way down towards Amanda and Asa’s place that we saw. Having young children, these few things concerned us, but that may not be a concern to you when you stay. Thank you Asa for a wonderful stay.
