A self-contained 2-bedroom flat , semi-detached to our home with separate access on the idyllic Kingston Ridge . Ideal for walkers, the South Downs way is at the end of the private no-through road, or the County Town of Lewes is a 2 mile walk away (or a ten minute drive). Brighton is 8 miles down the road, with a regular bus service. The apartment is ideal for 4-6 people but has a maximum capacity of 8 (sofa bed). N.B. We have a very friendly dog.

Newly built modern garden studio situated a few minutes from the South Downs, 20 minutes from the centre of Lewes and 30 minutes to the station if walking. The bed has a high quality mattress for comfort and there is a double futon bed if a second bed is required.

It has a light, modern feel, and generously-sized rooms.
