This was one of my wife and I’s favorite Airbnbs. Amazing location and an excellent space. Michael was very responsive and helpful getting checked in. The price was also better than what we could get at a hotel or other Airbnb, which given the location, was incredible.

the private staircase to enter the space was our only struggle , only due to us needing a handicap accessible space. but we managed! the stairs were very sturdy and the handrail was as well. the parking was a bit rough ground as we got out, but again, we managed. overall we were happy with our stay, and the location was perfect for where we needed to be. thank you for a great stay!

We had a great stay. The condo is in a great location between Petoskey and Harbor Springs. The condo was clean and had some great amenities.

Loved the place, it was comfortable, cozy, quiet, and convenient. Perfect for what we needed being just the two of us. Internet and TV worked great. Very nicely updated cabin feel and the fireplace is a nice touch. Would recommend and definitely would stay again when in the area!

The efficiency apartment was perfect with great amenities! The host even had a 50 amp outlet for my Tesla to charge! I would definitely recommend this place! It was also near the Charlevoix yacht club where my daughter got married! Beautiful place!

This was a very nice place to stay! The area was quiet and the room was very clean and comfortable. if we are ever in the area again we will definitely be booking here !

This is our 2nd time staying at Down Memories Lane, and it was just as remarkable as last time! We love being able to have the peace and privacy you find at this property, while still being close to anything you could want to do in Traverse City! You will not find a more polite and accommodating host than Christine, I am sure of it! If we end up coming back for another softball tournament in the future, we will most certainly make it our 3rd stay at Down Memories Lane. 🙂

A great spot in the heart of downtown Petosky with great hosts. They really provided just about everything that we would ever need including recommendations, bathroom amenities, and more. Especially nice was the high chair, pack and play, and kids toys provided that saved a lot of space in our car on the drive up. Our little guy had a great time and parks were super close and walkable. We enjoyed some great meals all within a few blocks. Thanks for the great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. This rental is perfect for a couple or a family with small children - like us. It's less than a block from downtown Boyne City, so all of the restaurants and shops are within walking distance, while still being in a quiet and peaceful location. Definitely recommend for anyone visiting BC.

The classroom was very quaint. The kitchen was very well equipped, it had a washer and dryer, and the location was very convenient on torch lake. We stopped at the coop in Traverse City and stocked up, but there was also an organic farm nearby that had the best produce. And tons of cherry and fruit orchards.

Everything was absolutely amazing. They were flexible, accommodating, and understanding. The place is absolutely beautiful, just don’t forget to pack a sweatshirt as it gets a bit chillier than we expected at night. Great place to stay and hoping to go back soon!

Great host. In town for a soccer tournament and it fit our needs perfectly. The view was perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee on the deck. Thanks Todd!

We were thrilled to find a last minute cancellation at this hidden gem for our labor day weekend trip! Kathy's directions were very thorough. The best part was that she included the use of all of her water toys in the rental - there were two stand-up paddle boards, numerous kayaks and a big rectangular floating pad that the kids loved. The biggest island in the center of Spider Lake is a very doable paddle from there. This property faces north on the lake which is the perfect vantage point to see the Aurora Borealis if the conditions are right, which they were for our time! This has been on my bucket list, so I am beyond thrilled! The stars are amazing too! We all felt comfortable inside and my husband said he had one of the best sleeps he's had in a long time. The kids loved the loft beds. We just wish that the spiders of Spider Lake weren't so abundant on the docks, so our arachnophobic girls could relax more, but there's not much that could have been done about them.

Very cozy and great location right next to Shanty Creek Resort Hotel and very easy to get downtown Bellaire. You can either catch a ride to Schuss on the free bus transportation from the resort or take a quick drive. Overall great place for a romantic get a way!

We had a great stay and would absolutely book again. The host was super accommodating, especially with our check-in time so we could make it to a friend’s wedding without stress. The space was perfect for a group—three separate rooms gave everyone privacy while still having common areas to hang out. Clean, comfortable, and well set up for a weekend with friends. Highly recommend!

Our stay was perfect! There is even a shuttle on property that you call and they will come pick you up and take you to the base of Boyne Mountain! Great property for a weekend getaway!

Great little place to stay while skiing at Schuss. Couldn’t be more convenient - Ivan’s, ticket office, and lifts just steps away. Room was clean and fully stocked with everything you could need for a ski weekend. Hosts were great communicators. Thanks for a great Michigan winter weekend!

Very nice rental, exactly as pictured. Location was perfect for skiing, tubing, indoor pool access, resort restaurants. Everything within minutes to Schuss Mountain, Shanty Creek or Bellaire (Short’s brewery). Very cozy space. Fireplace was great, comfortable seating/bed, coffee pods. Would definitely come back.

We had a little hiccup at the very beginning, however, Vicky was extremely responsive and immediately fixed the issue. Beds were soft and comfy overall a wonderful stay!

We had a fantastic experience staying here. The hosts were incredibly responsive, friendly, and always available to answer any questions we had. Communication was quick and seamless throughout our stay. The place felt very homey from the moment we arrived—spotlessly clean, thoughtfully maintained, and equipped with a variety of amenities and activity options to suit different interests. The location is also ideal: close to downtown and the resort, making everything easily accessible. We highly recommend staying here and are already looking forward to our next visit!
