We had a great stay here. Great communication and ease of entry was seamless. No kettle was a bit of an inconvenience for us…. Location was perfect with many pubs and restaurants close by. Very close to Dart rail services helping us to get to and from the airport as well as getting to Fort Worth for a day visit. Would definitely stay again

We loved our stay here! It was quiet (except for the train which really didn’t bother us), comfortable and a great location. We really appreciated the goodies left for us, especially the cupcakes from her bakery and the milk to put in our provided coffee in the morning. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom and bathroom were very roomy and perfect for us. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a GREAT place to stay for the weekend. As a young woman traveling alone, I never felt unsafe. The neighborhood was super safe and nice. It’s close to many great areas of Dallas. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well decorated! I would stay here again!

A quick 7-minute walk to Main Street, where our boys went crazy for the shops and ice cream. It’s perfectly placed for trips to Southlake or DFW airport, and the neighborhood is great for evening strolls. The apartment is stylish and well-equipped. The beds were super comfy, and the washer/dryer saved us from kid messes. Elizabeth’s thoughtful touches, made us feel so special. She’s a responsive, caring host who made our stay perfect. Very comfortable, clean, and in a great location

We just finished 3 weeks here as our home renovation was being completed. As a local family, we still had “normal” life to navigate with work and kids’ school, but it was really nice to come back to some time at the lake or in the hot tub in the evenings. The host was very responsive to any of our questions or comments, going above and beyond when we needed to stop back by to look for a lost item. We really appreciated this ‘home away from home’ while we navigated our whole house renovation. We would definitely recommend this house to other families.

Absolutely loved the Plake House!! We had our wedding here, Nicole the house manager was so accommodating to us, and even let us tour the space before our stay! She allowed us to come onsite and install garden speakers, and allowed us late check out! Really couldn't have asked for a better wedding venue, and a place for my family to stay for the whole weekend, and definitely not at the price we got it for!

Austin’s place was exactly as described. The linens and towels were high-end, and everything was incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to feel right at home.

This stay was everything I hoped for and more. The space looked exactly like the photos! super cozy, impeccably clean (seriously, top-tier cleanliness), and had such a calm, serene energy that made it easy to unwind. Sarah was an absolute gem; friendly, responsive, and so easy to communicate with. And that view? The perfect cherry on top. I’d definitely stay here again without hesitation!

Spacious house with plenty of room for our group of 8! Couch was so comfy and the living space is large and great for hanging out. Beds were so comfortable! Location is easily accessible from the highway, quiet, and 10-15 minutes from Main Street Grapevine. Only complaint is there wasn’t enough dinnerware, glasses and silverware for all of 8 of us. Overall would highly recommend staying here!

This was an absolutely fantastic stay! The house was spotless — super clean, comfortable, and exactly as described (if not better!). It felt like home the minute we walked in. Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and you could tell the host really puts in the effort to maintain the space. The host was amazing — incredibly welcoming, responsive, and full of great local recommendations that really made our trip special. From the best coffee spots to hidden gems around the area, every suggestion was a hit. Would 100% stay here again. I had a wonderful stay at this lovely spot! The place was incredibly cozy and spotless, making me feel right at home. The location was fantastic - just a stone's throw away from great bars and restaurants, public transportation, markets, and even a pharmacy. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to both couples and solo travelers. The atmosphere was super welcoming, making my stay truly unforgettable.

Brooke's place was the perfect place to stay for 10 days while I was visiting North Dallas. It looked just like the pictures and was exactly as described. Brooke provided clear and easy instructions on how to access the home, and she was communicative and easy to reach. Everything was well stocked, and I didn't need to buy anything for the home during my stay. The complex is private and peaceful. It was a great place to stay, and Brooke is an excellent host. I plan to stay again the next time I'm in town.

This was our first time in Ft. Worth and we were there for ZestFest over the Memorial Day weekend at the Will Rogers Memorial Center. The location of the house was less than a half mile from the fest and was very walkable. Having a private driveway for parking our rental car was great. We felt very safe at her place. It was a very comfortable and quiet place to stay and in a great location to get to anywhere around the Ft. Worth area. We want to stay here again when we go to ZestFest in the future..

Christina’s place was so comfortable and welcoming! Everywhere we needed to be was within a short drive. The neighborhood was quiet and clean! Christina was a wonderful host and we plan on staying here again should we need a place to stay in Dallas that is clean and affordable!

This place was just as described and pictured. The hosts provided a generous supply of towels, paper products and even detergent for the full-size washer and dryer! Although it’s an older complex and close to commercial shopping plazas and noise, it was relatively quiet at night, comfortable, and nicely furnished with 2 larger televisions.
