The Wadden Sea, the North Sea and the Tønder marsh are right outside the door, and definitely worth a visit.

Whether alone or as a couple - if you are looking for peace, you will find it here! In Ladelund between the North Sea and the Baltic Sea, it offers the best conditions for rest and relaxation. Meadows and forests characterize the surroundings as well as inland dunes in the nature reserve, perfect for hikes with animals. Nearby bike and pedestrian paths invite you to explore the surrounding towns. Denmark is just a few kilometers away, as is the small town of Tondern. Access is separate from the residential building.

Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally located home. Uldgade is Tønder's most beautiful and famous street. The house is centrally located a few meters from Tønder's cozy pedestrian street with cafes and shops. There are a few meters to the park and the nature area at Vidåen. The marsh with all its experiences is right outside the door, and if you are into the Black Sun, there is plenty of opportunity to experience this amazing phenomenon. Enjoy an unusual ambience in the climatic health resort of Leck near the North Sea (Wadden Sea National Park) and Denmark. The apartment is centrally located in the village and also offers a small garden area to relax. On approx. 64 square meters, you can expect an extraordinary interior with designer furniture and selected old and new pieces.

Halmhuset - The Straw House

Our thatched house is probably the only "Halmhuset" that is rented as a vacation home in Denmark. It is breathable, made of clay and straw, and is sustainably supplied by heat pump and photovoltaics. In summer, the thick walls provide pleasant coolness, in winter it is cozy and warm, with a room height of up to 4 meters. A real feel-good place for up to 8 people, located at the gates of the city of Tønder, close to the Wadden Sea National Park and the islands of Sylt and Rømø.

Cozy thatched cottage in a quiet location close to the North Sea. Fully equipped and on a large property. You will occupy the house alone and the garden is also available for your exclusive use. From Humptrup, the North Sea is about 20 km away! The ideal starting point for day trips to the North Frisian islands and Halligen (e.g. Sylt, Föhr, Amrum, Hooge, Oland, Hamburger Hallig). The Nolde Museum is in the immediate vicinity and Denmark is only 3 km away.

Enjoy the time at the small pond with jetty, which perfectly invites you to unwind. Whether alone or with the family, here you will find space for valuable moments of relaxation. Let yourself be enveloped by the cozy atmosphere of the house.

Landsitz Risum-Lindholm

The estate is located between Niebüll and Risum-Lindholm. Forget your worries and enjoy the tranquility in the middle of fields. Enjoy the light North Frisian breeze on the terrace with a cup of coffee. Take a bike ride on the dike to Dagebüll (13 km) and from there to Föhr or Amrum. The way to Sylt or Denmark is also not far... Should the North Frisian weather show its dark side, the fireplace with its cozy warmth is ready.

Thatched Cottage by the Lake

Welcome to our terp in Waygaard near the lake Botschlott. The accommodation is a traditional thatched farmhouse flat with a view overlooking the lake, the surrounding meadows and the North Frisian marshes. It is ideal for nature lovers: you can canoe, cycle and watch the flocks of birds that use the partly protected lake as a migration and nesting site. The house was carefully restored with natural materials in 2025/2026

Vacation home Rehkitz im Wald

Welcome to our apartment Rehkitz im Wald in Süderlügum. Süderlügum is located right on the Danish border on the North Sea between Flensburg and Sylt. Shopping, playgrounds and an outdoor pool are a few minutes' walk away. Special feature: our shops are also open on Sundays and on many holidays. A fishing lake is also nearby, day tickets for this can be purchased from us.
