Holiday rentals with a patio in Lexington

Me and my older kids came to stay for a wedding. Our stay was amazing! Everything looked great and we were able to take in the peaceful views from the balcony and sample some of the local restaurants. I would definitely stay again and hopefully for longer next time.

Great apartment! We came for the Lovin' Life Music Fest; it was about a 20 minute, easy walk. Plenty of space in the apartment, beds were comfortable, couch was slightly on the small side, but there were only 2 of us, so it was fine. The key fob wasn't left in the lock box upon our arrival, but I reached out and was responded to in about 10 minutes and he was able to let us in. Definitely would recommend this place and if we come back to the festival, I would stay here again!

Excellent host and home! We have used Kristen’s place for the last 4 years while our grandson attended UNCG. This was the first place we considered for his graduation and commencement week. Kristen is a lovely host and her customer service is always great. The home is walking distance to the campus and located within 5 minutes of the coliseum. The house feels cozy, warm and inviting. Many stores and restaurants are in very close proximity. Make certain to sign the guest book in dining room! 😊

Our stay was the perfect space for us to rest and relax while we were visiting our family. Despite being June the weather was a little too chilly to enjoy swimming. My favorite morning and evening spot was in the porch swing by the pool. There are friendly hosts and then there are Jill and her family. They were so gracious and made sure we had everything we needed. Quick to answer any questions but ensured we had our privacy too. We have never enjoyed our hosts as much as the brief time we spent chatting with Jill and her husband. There are lots of books, board games, and little amenities like a towel warmer in the bathroom. We had coffee for our mornings and bottled water already in the refrigerator when we arrived- nice after a long drive. We were gone most of the day but arriving at night and having the pool area lit up was so inviting. When we find our way back to the area we hope to find her property available so we can stay again.

Highly recommend! Quinsia was a great host, communicated check in details, checked in the next day to make sure we were doing well, very attentive! Everything was very clean and comfortable. Perfect location to walk to events in uptown! Would return if we are in Charlotte in the future.

Such a beautiful place to stay in a great location. Very walkable to a variety of restaurants, breweries and shops. The space is clean and well decorated. The bed is comfy and water pressure is great! It can get a little noisy in the morning with it being right over Krankies, but we were grateful to be able to walk downstairs and have a delicious breakfast. Would definitely stay again

We loved our stay! The home was just as described and it was on a quiet street. We came down for the Coca Cola 600 and everything we wanted to do was within 30 minutes! There were 5 of us staying and we all had plenty of space to relax and be comfortable. We would love to stay again if we come back next year!

This place is amazing! Just far enough out of town, quiet and peaceful. Exactly what we were looking for! The hosts are friendly and helpful. Everything inside and outside was beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. Very spacious with room to spread out. We loved the little outdoor patio set with the view of the woods. So many amenities. Easy to prepare our own meals and comfortable for relaxing. Great neighborhood to take a walk in the evening. We were able to feel as comfortable as home for our five nights stay. A really great comfortable bed as well! There is not one thing that I would change about this place. No complaints, only praise for the place they provide! We would definitely go back if we’re in the area! Loved it!

Amazing home right on the lake. Lots of room for our whole extended family. Kids loved the kayak, paddle boards etc. Great directions on how to get there and access everything. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook big family meals. Definitely would stay again.

I stayed at Kumi’s place for one night on my way back from a seminar with my working cadaver dog. After a week of working, it was just the relaxing space we needed! I wish we’d had time to stop for more than just a night, I will absolutely be visiting again when it’s warm enough for the pool to be open. The hot tub was delightful for my sore muscles and the shower was super nice. The plants were such a nice surprise and made me feel at home. Kumi was an excellent host and K9 Duke gives her place 4 paws up

An Unforgettable Getaway – Highly Recommended! This place is an absolute gem! From the breathtaking location to the warm and welcoming hosts, every aspect of our stay was exceptional. If you’re considering a peaceful escape, don’t miss this one — it truly lives up to the hype. We enjoyed a relaxing vacation filled with outdoor adventures. We went kayaking, had a great time fishing (I even caught an 8” catfish on my very first try!), and ended our evenings with cozy bonfires under the stars. What truly stood out was the hospitality. The host went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and had everything we needed, all while giving us complete privacy throughout our stay. We made the drive all the way from Philadelphia, and I can confidently say it was more than worth it. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

What a gem, hard to put into words how much we enjoyed the place and our hosts. Cute, cozy, and clean with a beautiful lakeside setting. The place is well equipped, we needed nor wanted for anything. Our host was incredibly responsive and has great communication, very pleasant person. We are already looking to book our next stay there.

The space was beautiful and looked just like the pictures! Tastefully decorated and thoughtful furniture placement with tables/lamps/etc. The kitchen was small but mighty! Fully stocked and had everything you’d need to cook a meal! Plenty of silverware and tableware, including plastic bowls and plates for kids! The coffee and cookies were a wonderful touch! The only thing to note is regarding accessibility. The only way to access the floors are with very narrow spiral stairs. Those with young children or limited mobility may have difficulty accessing all parts of the home. You can walk/drive around out back, but it would not be convenient. There is one half bath on the main middle floor and a full bathroom downstairs. The full bathroom could also benefit from a handheld shower head for those with limited mobility as well as showering young children. We did not venture out to the outdoor spaces much, but the inside was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

The place was very cute, clean, and in an excellent location! Whenever we are back in Charlotte, this will be the first place we check for availability. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The condo was exactly as described, clean, cozy and minutes from the Spa at Pinehurst and great restaurants. It was perfect for some down time. Communication from the hosts was excellent and they were very accommodating. I would definitely rent again.

I was extremely pleased with the apartment. It was clean and quaint. I felt safe and comfortable knowing there was a door man. The apartment was clean and lend itself to choice of eating in or dinning out. The bedrooms were equipped with 1 king and 2 queens which worked out great for me being 6 “ 1. There was ample amount of parking making it very stress free. I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to my friends when they visit the area.

The pictures don’t do it justice. It was absolutely beautiful. Had a great little balcony that you could sit out at with little tables. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, pot, pans, and utensils. Plenty of fresh linens ,super comfortable beds and the decor was beautiful.

Staying here definitely exceeded our expectations! The hosts were so communicative, accommodating, lovely & kind - all while recommended local sites and restaurants. They even let us check in early as we had a long travel day. I would absolutely recommend this suite to anyone!

Karim gave clear instructions. Check in was easy. He messaged me to check in with me after we had arrived and to see if we needed anything. I received a call during our stay that my dad who had been battling cancer had taken a turn for the worse so we had to change our reservation and leave a few days early to get home. Karim was very accommodating and he changed my reservation quickly after I reached out and refunded the days we didn’t stay. I was able to make it home in time to say goodbye to my dad. We will definitely rent from Karim again!!
