The blue bedroom contains two single beds and the pink bedroom has 1 large bed close to a bus stop that takes you to the tram in 5 minutes. A small lake is a 5-minute walk away. LE CRES is 12 km from Montpellier. The bathroom and toilet are shared. The price is 40 euros per room (2 people) breakfast is extra (5 euros) to be paid on site

Room with independent entrance in the village of Maurin, municipality of Lattes. 10 minutes from the seaside and 5 minutes by car to access the tram, next to Montpellier, close to the Arena concert hall.
