Small studio extremely well appointed and very quiet. Very nice balcony overlooking the back of the residence. A big plus with the bikes available to get to Espiguette beach or the center of Grau du Roi. Pascale is thoughtful and responsive. I would highly recommend.

Thanks to Vincent who welcomed us very well, flexible on the schedule, punctual in handing over and returning the keys, very pleasant exchanges, and responsive. Accommodation faithful to the description and photos, balcony with unobstructed and pleasant view, incredible calm and indeed 2 steps from the beach, direct access. Easily accessible parking. Quick access to Sete or Balaruc, Well equipped, we lacked nothing. In short, we'll remember it for a future stay 😉

Air conditioning system in the bedroom + in the living room, very popular from June onwards due to the high temperatures. Clean and comfortable apartment, we recommend it!

Very welcoming house with everything you need and ideal for spending a few days in Montpellier. Everything was clean and tidy. The piano was also a very nice plus! Only downside, the center is a little far away on foot and the tram does not pass through the neighborhood, but with a bike or scooter it goes very well

The manager was very welcoming and accommodating, especially in relation to our check-in and checkout times. The accommodation is well located, right in the center of Palavas on the pedestrian street. Inside, it was very clean and tidy. Lots of kitchen equipment available. And little children's books and toys that were very helpful to us!

Henri and Margot's house is absolutely beautiful and perfect for a stay in the center of Montpellier. The courtyard is very pleasant, the noise is very low for such a central location, the whole place is tastefully decorated and the amenities provided are very appreciable!

We had a great week-long stay. Philippe was very welcoming and flexible for our arrival as well as our departure. The house is close to many activities and sites to visit and we were able to enjoy the comfort of the house (terrace, pool, garden, plancha, air conditioning). We highly recommend it!

An exceptional setting and for those who do not fear the isolation away from the noises, really conducive to disconnection. The house offers everything you need for 8 people . A lot of space including the diversity of outdoor layouts where everyone can find their place. The pool is beautiful. Note: vehicle (car , bike) necessary to access Saint-Mathieu de Tréviers in particular for refueling. Magalie and Christophe's welcome is very warm and easy to contact. Christophe was very responsive when we requested him. A great week spent with the family.

Beautiful comfortable apartment in a perfect location. With a fantastic view. 6 people can find comfortable sleeping places. Bus and shopping, bakery, bike rental directly in front of the farm. Great beach. A few minutes to reach the city center. Own parking space. Beautiful views from both sides of the apartment. Panoramic sea view from the living room and bedroom. as well as Montpellier and lakes from the other side of the apartment. Dishes and household utensils are sufficiently available. The location is great. Bus to the city and Camargue right at the door. We felt right at home. We will be happy to come back. thanks for everything

Beautiful sea view that directly caught our attention when entering the studio! Jean-Louis and Martine are very kind, they welcomed us with a smile, were very responsive to our messages and questions. They prepared the accommodation for us quickly and everything was great when we arrived. In addition, they informed us of the different activities in the area. We went there outside school periods so it was very quiet, the summer must be a little louder with the children playing outside because we can hear the neighborhood, but only on the terrace. We highly recommend this nice studio!
