Located in Ain, in Arboys-en-Bugey, close to Belley. A quiet and relaxing corner between lakes and mountains. Our cottage combines the modern and authentic side of a former upholstery store. You will enjoy very large space indoors and out. It has a capacity of 1 to 16 people with a living room of more than 60 m², 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The cottage is adjoining our house but not facing it. The entrance and parking are independent.

We are located on the heights of a Savoyard village, on the Chemin de Compostelle, 5 minutes from the highway, 50 minutes from Lyon, 20 minutes from Chambéry and 40 minutes from Annecy. We are at the gates of the Chartreuse mountain range and not far from Lake Aiguebelette.

Spacious cottage with beautiful park and pool, ideal for a stay with family or friends. The vacation rental is independent but is part of a large building composed of two houses dating from the 19th century, which we named "La Lhuiseraie". We renovated the first house into a gîte to accommodate groups of 5 guests. In the second part of the house, in which we live, we have opened guest rooms.
