Beautiful house located in the heart of Bymarka. High standard. Fantastic rural location, but you drive to Trondheim city center in 15 minutes. You need a car to get here, but in return you live in the middle of the hiking terrain with unique opportunities both in summer and winter. The home is used by the host as a holiday home when it is not rented out. Bed linen and towels are included. The 5th bed is in the living room. If you want to live in a rural area, but at the same time close to the city, this is something for you. It's not a party place. Animals are welcome.

The villa is the result of the collaboration between Badedesign and interior architect Alex Ark.

Cozy "Stabbur", 30 min. from Trondheim

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Lian farm - the whole house

Wake up to Trondheim's finest view. You can enjoy the coffee cup on the tram or at the cozy old table inside the living room. The house is decorated with peace, coziness and well-being in mind. It is a house that creates a nostalgic and homely feeling. The house is located as part of Lian Gård in Bymarka. There is a former restaurant on the site. The house is located only 300 m from Lianvannet and 300 m from the tram terminal. There are two floors, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens.

Cabin by the sea with amazing view!

Unique sea front cabin. Very modern and fully equipped. Amazing view over the fjord. The cabin is located 10-15 min outside the city center, with bus departure every hour. Bus stop 1 min away. The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people. Upstairs mezzanine with a ladder-accessed bed and a comfy sleeping couch below. Free parking by the road and only 1 minute walk down a small hill to the house. The jacuzzi cost extra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.

På klare netter kan dere oppleve stjernehimmel og nordlys rett fra sengen. Igloen er oppvarmet og komfortabel, og gir følelsen av å sveve over landskapet. Dette er ikke bare en overnatting – det er en opplevelse dere vil huske lenge.

Arctic dome Hoset

Arctic Dome Hosetåsen ligger i Orkland kommune. Domen ligger på en topp med skog rundt, men med en åpen og vakker utsikt utover dalen og mot fjellene i Trollheimen. Legg deg i en myk og komfortabel seng hvor du kan nyte stjernehimmelen, og våkne til en nydelig utsikt. Senk skuldrene å nyt roen naturen og utsikten gir! Fra parkeringen er det ca 600 meter å gå, ta på gode sko da stien går gjennom skog og litt myr. På vinteren må en gå på ski eller truger da det ikke er brøytet vei.

Welcome to our modern home, built in 2019, offering a high standard, for up to 8 guests. The house has four spacious bedrooms, furnished with 3 double beds and 1 bunk bed. The house has one bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet, which makes it convenient for larger groups. The large patios are perfect for relaxation and social gatherings. In addition, we have parking with room for 3-4 cars. Ideal for groups and families who want a comfortable base in quiet neighborhoods.

"Forbord Dome" er en eksklusiv glampingopplevelse for to personer i hjertet av naturen. Du kan sove under stjernene, nyte panoramautsikten utover Trondheimsfjorden, få med deg en magisk solnedgang eller se det fantastiske nordlyset hvis du er heldig. Kuppelen er hele 23 kvadratmeter med vindu i taket og i fronten og den er plassert på en terrasse i to nivåer med sittegruppe og fyrfat. Det er mange flotte turmuligheter i omegn, hva med en tur til toppen av "Forbordsfjellet"?
