Enjoy swimming in the pond right next to the house, which is just for you. In winter, we recommend snow chains. Parking is possible behind the fence or in the garage.

For our guests, the entire house is available including a spacious, fully fenced garden, indoor outdoor pool 5x3m with saltwater heated throughout the season (May-September), parking on a fenced-in property. For your little ones, a slide, a trampoline. The house is at the time of rental without the presence of the owner.

Novostavba nadstandardní chalupy s venkovní terasou a krásným výhledem na nedalekou skalní vyhlídku Ořešník i nejvyšší vrchol Jizerských hor, Smrk. Chalupa se nachází v části obce Hejnice zvané Ferdinandov, ve velmi klidné lokalitě. Interiér chalupy je zařízen v moderním stylu, zázemí je včetně kolárny. The highlight of our cottage is a year-round HOT BARREL with a jacuzzi & whirlpool system and a relaxing heated patio. In Resort U Tomáš in the sprawling garden you can use: a bathing pond, a fire pit, a pond, an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and an extensive garden for winter and summer fun. Nearby bike path and winter, the NEW Ještěd slope built in 2020 only 18 minutes by car from Zdislava.

We offer accommodation in the heart of the Bohemian Paradise, in the Bučiny Nature Reserve near Austria. The cottage was newly renovated in 2024. The land is located directly above the Jizera River. Very quiet location suitable for energy and relaxation. Surroundings suitable for cycling (1km to the Greenway Jizera bike path), walking trips, or boating adventure (going down the Jizera river).
