Our apartment is located in the Liberec region, 5 km from Jablonné v Podještědí and 2 km from the border with Germany in Petrovice in the Lusatian Mountains. The apartment is in the house where we live. That's important to know at the start. We are not anonymous landlords, we are a nice family with small children and you will certainly meet us here. :) We have a beautiful place to live here. It's quiet, with fresh air and diverse nature. There are lots of tourist destinations nearby, and there's also an outdoor hot tub under an oak tree for guests, heated by wood and with hydro and aero jets.

The unique, newly renovated duplex apartment is part of the Chata Pod Desenským vrchem cottage, located in a semi-secluded area near the forest. The surrounding nature and privacy will provide you with an ideal environment for rest and relaxation, as well as sports experiences. The apartment is part of a family house with a large garden. Suitable especially for families with children. Located in a quieter part of the village, it is about 300m to the center. The house is protected from the north by a rock massif called the Pantheon, where there is a chapel and the ruins of Vranov Castle. Everything can be seen directly from the garden. In the garden there is also a roofed pergola with a grill in the middle, a playground, a trampoline, a magic show and swings. Possibility of parking behind the fence. Welcome to our 250 years old house, where we turned an old barn into a guest room with small kitchen corner and a private bathroom. Our apartment also has a separate entrance, so full privacy is guaranteed. Private parking. Liberec is just 20 mins drive, Zittau center 15 mins, Jizera mountains 30 mins, Luzice mountains 15 mins. Many interesting places within 30 mins drive. Cycling track just in the village, great cross country skiing tracks and ski slopes within 30mins.

Apartment in a 1907 cottage preserved in its original style🙂 Sandstone wall, fireplace tiles add atmosphere to the whole space 🙂 Firewood will be ready for you, then it's up to you 😉 The entire space around the house and garden is available 🙂 You don't share the property with anyone else (we always rent only part of the house so that the guest is alone on the property), we just point out that the host's house is in the neighborhood, but we are nice people 🙂
