Escape from the stress of everyday life to the Podkrkonoše nature to a lovely cottage off the beaten path above the Palučinský brook. Cottage is like from a fairy tale, tiled stove, striped blankets, views of the garden, forest, hillside and the Palučinský brook, with all the comforts of home. In the evenings the deer come to the meadow below the cottage and in summer the hillside above is full of wild thyme, daisies and wild strawberries.... Ubytování na farmě je uvnitř 12 ha areálu. Z oken je pohled na pastviny koní. Zaměřili jsme se na pobyt skupin a rodin s dětmi. Proto je k dispozici herna a vše potřebné pro malé děti. Venkovní bazén, dětské hřiště, trampolína, zahradní nábytek. Pro bezpečnost dětí je prostor pro hosty oplocen. Je zde spousta místa pro hry, gril i ohniště. Nad farmou končí prodloužení Jizerské magistrály pro cyklisty, turisty a běžkaře. Při dostatku sněhu jsou pro děti běžecké stopy i v areálu pod okny.

Welcome to our 250 years old house, where we turned an old barn into a guest room with small kitchen corner and a private bathroom. Our apartment also has a separate entrance, so full privacy is guaranteed. Private parking. Liberec is just 20 mins drive, Zittau center 15 mins, Jizera mountains 30 mins, Luzice mountains 15 mins. Many interesting places within 30 mins drive. Cycling track just in the village, great cross country skiing tracks and ski slopes within 30mins.

Large attic studio in Nová Perle

The attic residential studio in the Nové Perly complex is located in the attic of one of the reconstructed buildings of the industrial monument - the Salomon & Sons thread factory. On the ground floor we run the Perla café with great coffee, beer, wine, home cooking, an extensive library and a fireplace. Guests can sit under the pergola in the garden and children can climb, crayons, papers, chalk for drawing.
