On a large plot of 5400 m², a beautiful fenced garden awaits you, equipped with garden furniture, a grill (only in the summer season) and a trampoline for your children. Inside the house you will find 5 comfortable bedrooms, a large living room with a foosball table and a fully equipped kitchen. Table tennis is available in the garage for your entertainment. Enjoy swimming in the pond right next to the house, which is just for you. In winter, we recommend snow chains. Parking is possible behind the fence or in the garage.

Apartman U Tristana

Our apartment is located in the Liberec region, 5 km from Jablonné v Podještědí and 2 km from the border with Germany in Petrovice in the Lusatian Mountains. The apartment is in the house where we live. That's important to know to start with. We are not anonymous landlords, we are a nice family with small children and you will certainly meet us here. :) We live here beautifully, there is peace, fresh air, diverse nature, many tourist destinations in the surroundings and for guests there is also an outdoor hot tub under the oak tree, heated with wood with hydro and arero jets

Private room - small attic apartment with private entrance from the hallway (33m2) hallway and staircase shared with the owners of the house. Kitchen equipment - fridge, microwave, ceramic double cooker, kettle, toaster, sink and washbasin. Car parking in front of the house in a quiet street. Location of the house - to the city center about 15 minutes walk, public transport about 300 meters. Possibility of sitting in the garden under the pergola, meat preparation on a gas grill, use of granite stone or smokehouse (when staying for 2 or more nights).

Contactless arrival, fenced garden (pets welcome), fireplace, terrace, charcoal grill, fireplace, toilet, refrigerator, hot tub. Nearby there is a ski slope, pond, lookout tower, restaurant, shop. An ideal starting point to the Jizera Mountains and the Bohemian Paradise. Shower is only summer, outdoor. Hot water is only on sunny days. The whirlpool is in operation all year round free of charge from 7 pm to 8 pm. Time can be changed as guests need. The hot tub is in the second garden, which is reserved for guests at the time.

Luxury apartment in the secluded Kunratická Švýcarsko

Do you need to write a book or a diploma thesis? Here you can lock yourself in and work or walk in the woods and rocks, just think or meditate, or roast sausages with a view of the Luž mountain ;-) The apartment is an ideal place for quiet moments for individuals or romantic moments for couples, but also small children are very welcome. Walks to local rocks will be taken as a fighter :-) Nearby trip is plentiful for the week. The warmth from the fireplace and the underfloor heating will make your stay cozy ;-)

Modřínek – a place where you can relax in contact with animals. Enjoy our unique Farmping - a blend of comfort, nature, and farm life. You'll meet the sheep of Bár, Rose, and Dala. There is also a llama-trekking, where you'll walk around the local nature along with Lama Bambulack, Freya or Oliver – perfect fun for the whole family. After a day in nature, you can relax – a sauna by the river and a hot-tube (hot-tube) are included, at no extra charge. In summer, you can cool off right in the river.

Parkování je možné před naším domem. Je tady sauna, vířivá vana se sprchou, záchod, plotýnka na občasné vaření, nádobí, ručníky, župany, prostěradla, ložní povlečení, káva, čaj, sůl SmartTV s Netflix, WIFI, Doufáme, že se Vám v domečku bude líbit, my to tady máme moc rádi. Stavěli jsme s láskou.

Chalupa na potoku 🏡🌲🫐🚴🏼‍♀️🍄🦌🎿🦋

Chalupa se nachází v Jindřichově, v kouzelné oblasti Jizerských hor a je z obou stran obklopena lesy. Naproti je přírodní koupaliště a krásnou procházkou lze vyjít na rozhlednu Bramberk. První zmínky o stavení jsou z roku 1824, ale možná tu stojí ještě déle. My jsme tu strávili nezapomenutelné dětství, hledali skleněné poklady, sbírali borůvky, houby, lovili čolky a stavěli přehrady v potoce. Chalupu jsme nyní zrekonstruovali a chtěli bychom se s vámi podělit o krásnou atmosféru tohoto místa.
