This is the perfect get away from the hustle and bustle of that nine to five life. We are minutes away from boat ramps, restaurants, and grocery stores.

The Farmhouse @ Goat Daddy's

Nestled on 66 acres with a gorgeous pond/farm view, you will find Goat Daddy's Farm and Animal Sanctuary. Our luxurious tiny house has everything you need to make your farm stay comfortable and relaxing. Guests will have access to the farm during specific hours, as well as over 2.5 miles of paths and two ponds to explore. With your feet in the sand, by a fire, in the hot tub, on the trails, or getting some goat/animal therapy, The Farmhouse and Sanctuary has something to offer for all.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE! ! ! Please remember, the Lake Wateree Dam is under a very extensive renovation and hopefully will be completed very soon! However, you can still enjoy viewing the lake from the gazebo and/or local fishing is within 1 to 2 miles from our home (Molly Creek Landing and Dutchman’s Cove) The beautiful new beach is also only within a 2 to 3 minute drive from our property too! Come on and stay anyway! Keeping our fingers crossed the dam is repaired soon!

Ideal for stays close to family when you want your own space. Space is quiet & in a walkable neighborhood with tree-lined streets & wide sidewalks. Walk to the town center for coffee, wine or dinner. Fenced, shaded yard with benches. We are onsite, across the yard, and eager to help you make the most of your visit.

Marcy's Place

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway surrounded by acres of wooded land and privacy. This Tiny House with porch was constructed of Logs in 2022. The outside logs are painted gray to blend in with nature. The inside is beautiful natural pine, with 3 bedrooms/1 bath/2 queen and 2 bunk beds with a loft, washer/dryer. It's conveniently located 4 miles off Interstate I 77 and 2 miles from the 1770 Historical town of Ridgeway, SC off Hwy 21 north.
