Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Beautiful flat in the most exciting part of Berlin

There is no better place to stay in Berlin as the district of Friedrichshain. It's full of bars, clubs and cheap restaurants. As soon as you step onto the street, the colorful life of Berlin welcomes you. But when you're inside the apartment or when you're relaxing in the sun on the balcony, you feel like in a village. On top of that, it is only 400 meters to the Ostkreuz S-Bahn station, from where you only need 15 minutes to the airport, the main train station or the Brandenburg Gate.

The tiny lovely spot called Rixdorf is now trapped between Sonnenallee and Karl Marx Str. Everything here is within walking distance. Whether you feel like listening to an opera , swimming or going on the roof-top of the Klunkerkranich. Bars invite you to linger. There are plenty of culinary delights and lot's of green.

Originally designed and planned as a showroom / meeting room . The idea was to built a place to discuss, meet and represent. Reason for the location which is great to reach anything in this fast growing City of Berlin. The space and atmosphere have a happy synergy and a work / life balance for itself. I love it here - it is usually my office . We have 2 big flat screen TV screens with Amazon Prime, Netflix a sound system with Spotify and an open fire place to calm down.

The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop from the trendy Ostkreuz and 2 stops from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy. Thus, a private boat tour through Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

The spacious loft on the second floor is very quiet, facing away from the street overlooking the countryside and has a balcony. All around live and work likeable people who deal with art, architecture, design or crafts.
