Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Lichtenberg

Staying at Berke's place was great. We spent the weekend there for a concert on the Saturday in Zitadelle Spandau - which was great only 30mins by car til there. Also we got e-scooters from and til there easily and rides of 20-30min til the touristic area and with Cycling Lanes all the way! We've had asked for the possibility of a late checkout on sunday and it was great that this was possible! Would definitely recommend this place!

Everything was great. I had a small problem when checking in, which Daniele solved quickly and efficiently. Very beautiful and cosy accommodation.

Johannes is a very accommodating host, communication was excellent and the restaurant tips in the area recommended. The apartment is very bright, but the kitchen is rather minimalist. The balcony is perfect for relaxing.

This apartment truly is so lovely!! It's so spacious, it gets great light, the balcony is comfortable to sit out and relax on, and having a washing machine is so handy while traveling. I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat.

Excellent stay. The location is wonderful with lots to do in the neighborhood. The flat was comfortable and I felt right at home. Communication with the host was friendly and everything went smoothly. I would love to stay here again and I highly recommend it!

I absolutely loved this place. It was a great size for 2 people, and was perfect to come back to after a long day out. the shop across the street was lovely (10/10 coffee) and the area in general was filled with fantastic places to eat. Timo is a fantastic host, he answered any questions I had quickly. all in all, this apartment was the best I could have hoped for for my trip to berlin!

Stephan was always very easy to reach and the check-in went smoothly. The apartment is very nicely located and the view from the 5th floor is beautiful. Kitchen and bathroom were very clean. Definitely recommend! I felt very comfortable.

The stay was very beautiful and located at a very good area. one of the best areas in Berlin. Beautiful views from the windows and balcony. Since we aren't from central Europe we found it little difficult to understand how to use the outside blind, maybe some more instructions on how that could be used would be nice.

A good little house with good transport connection. Sabine is very good and nice, she met us and helped with everything. I would recommend this house.

Really cool vacation spot for people who are looking for a quiet place with lots of little activities to do. They had an awesome garden and on the Lakeside with its own rowboat. Antje and her daughter took really good care of me as well would 100% recommend.

Johanna was extremely nice and made us feel like we belonged to her family. We felt very comfortable. The garden is an absolute dream and the accommodation is an excellent address for excursions to the west of Berlin. I'm sure we'll be back.

We liked Robert's apartment. The connection is excellent. Easy to reach by car and from there very relaxed by S-Bahn to the city center. The apartment is not very large but has everything you need. The garden offers the possibility to stay outside. The upper floor is quite flat. Thank you Robert for the pleasant welcome and the possibility that we were allowed to stay in your apartment in Berlin.

It was great at René and Jeanette's, everything super clean and tidy. The two take care of everything that is needed and are very nice. I would be your guest again immediately.

Quiet place with very good connections. The room was quiet, clean and cozy with everything you need. Ricarda is friendly and you can ask her anything if you need a different arrival. I can recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to be a little in the green and yet super accessible to Berlin.

Our stay was great, the area seems safe and has a lot of restaurants around, it's very close to a riverside where you can go on nice walks. One slight issue we've had, which isn't particularly Tim's or apartment's fault was that neighbors were sometimes noisy, but that's about the only complaint we could have. Overall it was great, would definitely recommend the place.

Loved the apartment! Central yet quiet since the windows are towards the backyard. But bright and open, because it’s on the fourth floor - and has a lovely balcony. Fresh and tidy yet very personal. Spacious yet cozy and intimate. And Snowy is an absolutely wonderful host! As I told her: there are not enough stars to give!

Aaron’s artsy flat was wonderfully creative, comfortable, and friendly. It invited us to enjoy our space and feel at home in the neighborhood. We enjoyed walking to the canal and feeding the swans as much as getting mango cheesecake for breakfast at the cafe or pizza for dinner down the street. We got scooters and cruised all over the nearby neighborhoods. It was delightful and fun to explore Berlin from such a nice space. Aaron was infinitely helpful with all questions and issues. When I return to Berlin I will be touching base with Aaron, and hopefully staying in the same flat!

Karsten is a friendly host. The airbnb was close to tram station and made it easy to travel to city center. The area was nice with many bars and restaurants. The apartment and the room he rents out was clean. The check in and out was easy.

Angela is a wonderful host! During my stay she was a very attentive and hospitable person. The room is comfortable, just as described and around there are good and economical restaurants. As for the location, it is a little far from the city center but transportation is very close to the Air bnb. Would stay again with Angela 😊

Karina as a host and the apartment exceeded my expectations. I would have given 10 stars, 5 for each of them. The host is friendly and clean, helpful and pro-active. I was shown around and given tips about the local amenities, and a supermarket is just round the corner. The apartment on the ground floor is just amazing. You can see the feminine touch in the furniture, enjoy the spa bath and the cool room sheltered in the hot city summer by thick roller shutters. The garden has comfortable outdoor furniture to sit in the cooler evening or during breakfast underneath the parasol. Generally, it was very relaxing and I could find inner peace and calm and wind down. Couldn't have been better. Thank you for the lovely stay and your help to make me feel " home away from home"

Georgios was helpful and responsive from our first contact onwards, and made our arrival time possible even though he couldn’t be there in person. The apartment was very spacious, and the kitchen modern and well equipped. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed having a bathtub, and the washing machine was very handy. It was lovely to be in a proper home rather than an impersonal rental. It was a great neighbourhood, and we explored in every direction. The apartment is well connected, very close to a tram stop. It is 4th floor with no lift, but we embraced the exercise! Thanks for everything, Georgios!
