Nice sunny plot from morning to evening, perfect for play, swimming and barbecue evenings. 10 minutes by car you will come to Stockholm city center for shopping or lovely swimming areas with cozy cafes on Lidingö.

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

Welcome to my paradise surrounded by sea, forest and greenery only 9 km from Stockholm city. The house is a 70-meter walk from the parking lot. Here you can enjoy yourself to the fullest, swim from the jetty, borrow the kayak for a ride or just relax in the outdoor furniture or in front of the stove. The bedroom consists of a 160 cm double bed. In the living room there is a sofa bed 120 cm wide. The house is completely renovated with a modern, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom with washing machine.

Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Stugan ligger endast 12 km från centrala Stockholm och ligger avskilt från huvudbyggnaden där vi själva bor. Naturreservat för promenader och löpning ligger ett stenkast från stugan. Den vedeldade badtunnan som står på vår brygga går att hyra för en kväll. För tillfället under reparation. Tillgänglig från 15/5.

I en separat stuga 5m från detta boende finns en rymlig bastu med havsutsikt. Spa pool finns ca 50 meter från huset I sjöboden finns en säng och en bäddsoffa. Är ni fler än 4 personer så kan ni hyra till ytterligare en stuga för 4 personer Vandringsleder, café, restauranger och mycket annat finns bara10-20 min bort
