A beautiful discovery in Marina di Ravenna. The apartment is brand new and clean. There are also a lot of amenities such as an iron, soap in the bathrooms, change of sheets, more pillows, blankets and above all a phone charger 😁 It is equipped with air conditioning. It is close to the port parking lot, so it is strategic.

Giovanni is a very good host. He responds quickly to questions and is always very friendly. His employee is also very nice. The apartment is on the 5th floor and easily accessible by elevator. The good location (directly opposite a supermarket and about 200m from a public beach) and the private parking are a great advantage. (Tip: when loading and unloading long clothes or spray against mosquitoes.) Very nice is the fact that there are high quality screens and shutters on each window to darken. The balcony was always in the shade with us at the beginning of September, so we were very happy to stay there in the morning and evening (there were no mosquitoes that high), although it was often still 30 degrees warm. In the apartment, the well-functioning air conditioning cooled the rooms down to a pleasant temperature. As a starting point for a varied holiday with excursions to beautiful cities and beach days, this apartment was optimal for us (3 people).

We had an absolutely wonderful time at the accommodation – everything was perfect! The apartment is very clean, lovingly furnished and also super equipped, especially the kitchen. You can tell someone's been thinking about this. There is also plenty of toys for the children (Duplo, wooden train...). An elevator is also available (very convenient for packing and unpacking). We were particularly impressed by the quiet, non-touristy surroundings, which was a real surprise at the time of the Bavarian Whitsun holidays and the start of the Italian summer holidays. No mass tourism, no crowded beaches – just pure nature. The beach is really very close and even with small children can be reached quickly in a few minutes. It is exactly as we wanted it: plenty of space, driftwood, shells, expanse and tranquility. Filippo is very nice and always helpful and very accommodating. TOP host! Thank you for everything, we are happy to recommend you!

Our stay was perfect in every way and Alice & Filippo played a big part in it. It was a very good exchange from the beginning (booking request) and on site it was so easy that you already experienced pure holiday feeling when entering the apartment. That's how it's supposed to be! Both were always available to us, very helpful, incredibly friendly, super solution-oriented and contributed a lot to making the stay a perfect vacation. This is really fun! The apartment itself also contributed a lot to making us feel comfortable. The apartment itself (+furnishings), the location (even closer and you sit right on the beach ;-) ), direct view of the sea, the private parking, very close to the main street (restaurants, shops, market street). There was and is nothing negative here. The pictures of the apartment correspond to reality. No fake pictures. Simply top and a big THANK YOU from us to Alice & Filippo!
