The house is an early 1900s trullo, completely renovated, equipped with heating and air conditioning, Smart TV and Wi-Fi. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed with nightstands, reading lamps and a wardrobe. In the living room, equipped with a fridge, microwave, toaster and espresso coffee machine, there is a sofa bed; it is possible to cook and dine at a table for 4 people. From the living room you can access the bathroom equipped with washing machine, hot water, all the bathroom fixtures (toilet, sink, bidet, shower with cabin). Outside, there is an equipped AIA.

Welcome to a charming accommodation on the third floor of a noble palace in the heart of the historic center. The apartment offers a beautiful terrace overlooking the rooftops, decorated with Mediterranean and succulent plants. The staircase to the loft, where the main bed is located, is steep; we therefore recommend the house to nimble people or those who can sleep on the comfortable sofa bed without climbing.
