Beachfront holiday rental in Lido Beach

Great stay! We had a wonderful time. The home was in a very convenient location. Easy to get to from the ferry, close to the main restaurants and beach, but still far enough to feel quiet and private. The home was clean and had many little details that made our stay cozy and welcoming. Bikes and beach chairs were wonderful for a beach getaway on Fire Island. Outdoor shower had hot water which was very nice since we were visiting preseason. Host was very responsive and helpful. We have stayed in many different places on Fire Island in the past and are very happy we found this home and host. We look forward to booking again in the future.

Perfect location for a quick get away and so thrilled we could bring our furry loved ones. Eoin was kind and prompt with communication. The location is walking distance to all you could need. It was a quiet and peaceful few days.

Our family had a wonderful time! Walking to local restaurants and the beach every day was a true highlight.

From check-in to check-out David was great and responsive. The accommodations were perfect for our family (4 adults). Loved the bedroom with the bed that had a remote to raise your feet and head! So comfortable! We were greeted the next day by David and his two beautiful dogs! This was supposed to be a beach vacation but it rained for the entire 4 days and nights we were there. We did enjoy the hot tub and he sent down the dogs to visit too when we asked! He made my hubby and I the most wonderful espresso we’ve ever had. He also made great suggestions for dining. We had the use of their bikes, beach umbrella and chairs (which we didn’t get to use ). Also provided big fluffy towels which were great for the hot tub. Soap was lovely both in the kitchen and bathroom (Meyer) and lovely body wash in the shower (I think it was EOS). The neighbourhood is so charming- love the uniqueness of all the homes. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach. Will definitely be back again!

House was very nice and close to a small beach. The beach has nothing there such as bathrooms or anything but I wasn’t expecting anything great for this part of Jersey but it definitely is not the Jersey shore. House was very nice and everyone stayed comfortably House had a nice amount of amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. Hosts were relatively quick in their responses and got us what we needed. House was very nice but the location was a bit boring, nothing to do with the hosts or quality of the house itself though. Would stay again.

Roberto was such a great host! The house was so cute and perfect for six people. It’s right off the water taxi stop, which was so convenient for getting to and from cherry grove (abt a 30 min ride to cherry grove, abt $20 per person). It’s also very close to a great beach. We would definitely stay again! Thank you Roberto!

Stayed here for my sisters birthday and had the best weekend! Location is great, plenty of spots to walk to that are local and right by the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here. Olivia was a great host and made sure we had the best stay.

Geoffrey and Thomas were very gracious hosts, filled with benevolence, they greeted us with such warmth, gave us a tour of their beautiful home, along with the complimentary beverages, providing us with resources as well as information about the island since we’re newcomers, the house was lovely, clean and serene, hot tub was amazing, we enjoyed hearing their stories about fire island as well as giving us recommendations for food, shopping and sightseeing, it’s good to know fellow New Yorkers will have your back, very happy we picked their place to stay, absolutely would come back.

A group of six of us stayed at Matt and Nick’s for Memorial Day weekend and absolutely loved it. The first floor has two large bedrooms with comfortable king beds and large en suite bathrooms. The second floor has a twin bunk room with a half bath, as well as a kitchen and living area with an incredible view of the ocean. Outside, there is a grill, outdoor shower, and a large pool (heated, which is rare in the pines). Nick and Matt were also super responsive to questions throughout our stay. We will definitely be staying there again when we visit. Five stars!

This is a perfect spot in a magical place. Honestly the photos don’t do it justice. The views from the house are stunning. The deck is incredible and I loved listening to ocean waves all day and night. My friends and I had a great time. Will definitely be back! Thanks again.

the house was extremely comfortable...quiet yet close to town and a 5 minute easy walk to the beach. it's a little small, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, but well-appointed. the pool is gorgeous. shawn was extremely responsive to any questions we had .

We had such an incredible stay here! The home was beautiful, communication was excellent, check in was easy, and an early drop off of our bags was accommodated. Highly recommend and would love to return next year!

We stayed in Monmouth for the weekend, rosemary and Kevin’s cottage was comfy and close to everything! Definitely a spot for a couple or individual. Would stay again!

I got married this past Sunday at Mamaroneck Beach and Yacht club this past Sunday and we booked both of his units. I have a big family and we also booked another place 6 minutes away to accommodate everyone. He was so helpful and worked with me on answering all my questions and making the bookings very easy. When I say we were so impressed with his space, that’s an understatement. They even had a basket of goodies with a card and wine. I got videos and was supposed to come back to take photos but was so busy with my wedding preparations that I didn’t get to return back to do it. It’s definitely home away from home for my family while they were there! You can tell they take pride in sharing their home and their spaces with their guests! Would definitely highly recommend his beautiful place! Thank again John!!! We appreciate you and your wife for sharing your space with us!!

Best Airbnb in Fire Island! The house was perfectly situated less than a block from the beach and a 5 minute walk from the main street of restaurants and shops. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our family of five. The back patio was great. The house was clean and spacious. Dave was awesome and really went above and beyond to accommodate us and ensure we had a great stay. Overall great experience. We would stay here again anytime!

The apartment was very clean and beautiful. The check-in was simple and easy. The communication with Nakeita and Lateef was great. The view from the deck was nice, and we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely return if we are in the area.

Great location and prefect place to stay for local wedding

Great location! Love the water pressure in the shower. This was perfect for my families vacation and appreciate the use of the washer and dryer to go home with clean clothes! Would recommend and stay again

Christina’s place is a lovely cottage by the marina and walkable into town. The main loft bedroom and sitting area is spacious and comfortable. We stayed for the holiday with our adult daughter and we were all comfortable and cozy. She had her own bedroom on the main floor. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay while we visited our family over the holiday.

Beautiful place! I spent a week at Robert's place with my wife, setting up my office and laptops there. I got to watch the bay and swans floating down it while working. I got DoorDash, Amazon, and Total Wine deliveries while I stayed there and all were seamless. The location is easily found. TV was great in the den area. We watched a couple of movies on Prime. Perfect location, outside the craziness of mainland Long Island. I loved it! Would love to stay again.

We loved our stay at Mischele’s. It was perfect for our little family. A cute and comfortable little coastal apartment and jumping off point for visits to NYC on the ferry. Most importantly we felt like we were staying at a place owned by a friend. Thanks Mischele!

Mario was an incredible host! Immediately responsive and encouraging of my relaxing getaway steps from the beach. Plenty of towels and beach chairs for my family. Great grill space for the kids to hang out while I cooked dinner before walking to town for ice cream.
