Non ci sono parole per descrivere la meraviglia che si prova la sera, seduti nel giardinetto della casa, ad osservare le luci di san nicola che si riflettono nel mare, unici rumori i gabbiani e le cicale. Alloggio accogliente, pulito, fresco, rilassante, Francesco veramente gentile e disponibile, ha fatto di tutto per farci sentire a casa. Vicinissimo al porto e al diving per chi interessato alle immersioni. Torneremo sicuramente!

We had a brief stay at Piera and Nico's beautiful beach house, and we wish it had been longer! The home itself was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. It was a very private location, very large yard and patio space, and exceptional views of the sea. We accessed the "secret" tunnel many times to get to the beach, and it was a favorite with my little boys. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and used the charcoal grill. Both Piera and Nico were very responsive if we had any questions or if anything came up. Great hosts! The surrounding villages were full of character, and were less than 45 minute drive. Some were even as close as 15 to 20 minutes away. So much local charm, beautiful vistas, delicious cappuccinos, and incredible history. We never swam in the ocean, because it was too cold, but we did hang out at the beach. A lot of places were closed down by the beach, but others were open in town. Highly recommend this place!

Das Airbnb ist super. Direkt am Meer und eigener Pool. Alles war sauber und gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn wir wieder nach Termoli reisen, werden wir dieses Airbnb wieder mieten.

Da Michelina è come stare a casa, anzi meglio perché a casa non hai la Michelina! La sua presenza e cura è sicuramente un motivo in più per soggiornare nel cuore dello splendido borgo storico di Termoli. Anche suo figlio Roberto è stato prezioso nell’accoglienza e per i consigli. Se il nostro soggiorno a Termoli è stato indimenticabile è anche grazie a loro e alla comodità e posizione dell’ alloggio che mettono a disposizione. Se mai torneremo a Termoli, non scorderemo di passare da loro a dare e prendere un abbraccio.

La casa di Nicola è pulitissima, fornita di tutto il necessario più la gentilezza e la disponibilità dell proprietario La casa è fresca fronte mare ha una corte interna dove mangiare fuori...portate qualcsa per le zanzare e vi godrete tutta la casa! Con tim la rete non prende benissimo all'interno ma very e Ho si. Intorno è pieno di ristoranti per tutte le tasche e gusti Da tornarci! Grazie Nicola per tutto!

Maria Paola è una persona molto gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento è grande, pulito, comodo e in una buona posizione, vicino al mare e a tutti i servizi. La vista sul mare è veramente bella e rende l'appartamento fresco e ventilato. Abbiamo alloggiato io, mio marito e mio figlio di 5 anni, ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo e lo consigliamo!

Wir, vier Mädels, waren vor kurzem für eine Woche in der Unterkunft. Diese ist etwas weg vom Schuss (20 Minuten Fußweg von der Stadt/Dorf) aber für uns war es völlig in Ordnung. Wir hatten etwas Ruhe nötig. Der Check-in war total unkompliziert. Fabrizio hat auf uns bereits gewartet und die Schlüsselübergabe war reibungslos. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz stand in der Nähe zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung hat eine exzellente Lage, direkt am Strand. Wir haben ganz besonders jeden morgen die Terrasse genossen. Hinzu kommt der private Strand. Fahrräder standen zur Verfügung. TOP!!!! Die Räumlichkeiten sind für vier Erwachsene etwas beschränkt. Wir hatten nicht immer ein gutes Wetter, so dass man sich nicht gut verteilen konnte. Darüber hinaus ist die Wohnung renovierungsbedürftig. Auch der Garten ist schön aber zu viel Krempel, was hier und da liegt. Dennoch war es ein schöner Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank Fabrizio!

Ci siamo trovati davvero bene! Location consigliatissima. Comoda e funzionale e situata in una posizione ottimale. Host molto disponibile e gentile.

Nicola was very responsive when booking as I had accessibility requirements that were needed. He worked with me to make sure our Nonna would be comfortable and have privacy without the use of stairs. The views were spectacular and the pool was much appreciated in the August heat. There was plenty of room and space for all 11 of us to enjoy our time together and take a break if needed. We enjoyed fireworks right from the terrace nearly every night as it was festival season and ventured down to the marina a few times. I would highly recommend Nicola’s Villa to larger families or groups. Thanks so much!

Wat een schitterende locatie om te verblijven. Zeer gastvrije en vriendelijke Gabriëlla en familie. Erg hulpvaardig om je verblijf aangenaam te maken. Het appartement op de begane grond is werkelijk uitstekend en van alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer fraaie uitgevoerde renovatie van een boerderij tot in de kleinste details door een architect uitgevoerd. Vanuit de prachtig aangelegde tuin en vanuit het appartement heb je een rustgevend uitzicht op de zee. Ook heerlijk is het gebruik van het slim aangelegde zwembad. Wij hebben er ontzettend genoten. Alles was was keurig in orde en zeer schoon.

Cristina and her mother was so inviting and informative. The grounds were lovely. The apartment was tidy. Close to Termoli and Vasto by car for things to do.

Gorgeous space in a gorgeous location. Elia was extremely helpful, even though all of our communications with him were electronic. However, he did provide us with a local contact, with whom we met. Our only challenge with the space was the persistent presence of mosquitoes (during the month of May.) The windows have no screens.

Casa pulita, ordinata, spaziosa e con tutto l occorrente. Giardino recintato ottimo per chi viaggia con animali. Daniela disponibile e accogliente. Ottima posizione a due minuti dal mare

Siamo stati purtroppo solo per una notte ma lesperienza è stata ottima l’hoste molto gentile e flessibile con gli orari la casa vista mare invidiabile davvero super consigliato

Did my homework and it paid off … only complaint? Wish I discovered this place sooner . James and Judy are just lovely and they are super hosts for a reason ….they don’t miss a beat,super efficient, always available and a phone call or text away. Their black binder is a treasure trove of information..it’s all there!! The casa is within steps away to heaven and restaurants. Vasto is perched above sea level, the lookout vista outlines the whole side of the town with restaurants and a spectacular view of the bluest Adriatic Sea… on a clear day you can see the Tremiti islands which is a 50 minute boat ride away . The casa is in the cobblestone pedestrian only area , its peaceful, walkable with church bells and cooing pigeons in the background. It has a medieval castle a palazzo you can visit with all kinds of art and artifacts dug up from the Roman Empire and a mosaic floor nearby with Roman baths .. the house felt like home including the bed and it was very clean comfortable and private

un soggiorno splendido, ci siamo sentiti come a casa! la casa bellissima, lo spazio pulito e aperto sul mare, assolutamente da ripetere! Pietro e Manola adorabili e disponibili per ogni info. non ci han fatto mancare nulla. un'esperienza indimenticabile per noi e per mio figlio, che non voleva più tornare a casa!

Ho trascorso una settimana di agosto nella casa di Laura e Luigi, lontano dalla folla e dai rumori, immerso nella campagna Abbruzzese. La casa pur essendo isolata è facilmente raggiungibile. Ad attenderci Laura e Luigi che ci hanno fatto trovare in frigo acqua, vino e addirittura pasticcini! La casa pulitissima è dotata di tutto, una TV e un clima per stanza(usato pochissimo, la zona è ventilata). La casa è dotata di due bagni entrambi con doccia, un terrazzo dalle misure generose e ampio spazio esterno recintato in cui abbiamo mangiato sia a pranzo che a cena. La spiaggia è raggiungibile in cinque minuti in auto, l' ultimo tratto la strada è sterrata ma in auto si arriva fin quasi sulla riva. Priva di servizi ma poco affollata anche in agosto. Non possiamo che consigliare un soggiorno nella casa di Laura e di Luigi!
