Nicola was very responsive when booking as I had accessibility requirements that were needed. He worked with me to make sure our Nonna would be comfortable and have privacy without the use of stairs. The views were spectacular and the pool was much appreciated in the August heat. There was plenty of room and space for all 11 of us to enjoy our time together and take a break if needed. We enjoyed fireworks right from the terrace nearly every night as it was festival season and ventured down to the marina a few times. I would highly recommend Nicola’s Villa to larger families or groups. Thanks so much!

We stayed for two days in Silvano's house. It is located in the countryside, surrounded by olive trees and with a beautiful garden. Silvano recommended places to visit nearby and restaurants to try. Absolutely recommended if you are looking for a great base to visit Molise or a holiday home by the sea.

I had a wonderful stay in Ortona with family and friends, in an apartment immersed in the Abruzzo countryside. The area is really quiet and surrounded by beautiful nature, perfect for those looking for relaxation and serenity. The beauty of the hilly landscape and the silence around make this place a true oasis of peace. The apartment was well cared for and clean, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The spaces were spacious and bright, and the view of the surroundings offered a real spectacle, especially at sunset. The host was exceptionally helpful and attentive, ready to respond to any needs or concerns. He also gave us great tips on what to visit nearby, helping us discover some of the most characteristic places in the area. The location of the apartment is strategic: in a few minutes by car you can reach the main points of interest, from the beaches of the Trabocchi coast, to the historic villages! Definitely recommended!

A vacation with a view of beauty. A perfect home for large groups thanks to large spaces, with attention to the smallest details. Light enters from dawn to dusk through the large windows and the eat-in kitchen is the beating heart of the house. The panoramic view really leaves you breathless. The rooms upstairs are really cozy, the only flaw is the little light in those downstairs. Each room has its own bathroom, a very important plus for multiple families or groups of friends. Barbecue, swimming pool, pool tables and ping pong table are the icing on the cake, which made this house absolutely unforgettable. Obviously super recommended.

Lots of stairs everywhere. We experienced several local events, recordings and communal meals in the city. There are no actual restaurants in the city, but several bars.

Pio is a great host and nothing was a problem. The apartment was homely and comfortable and was very private, the balcony and apartment wasn't overlooked by anybody. We enjoyed time in the garden too. The village has a renowned war museum and a couple of cafes and bars as well as a supermarket, all within a few minutes walk.

We had a great stay. Beautiful house with everything you need near the free and equipped beach. There were very few people on the free beach (perhaps because it was out of season), and we had no problems bringing the dog with us. The nearby restaurant was excellent and the owner was very helpful even though they hadn't opened yet. A beautiful stay for those who love tranquility and the sea

We stayed at Nicola's house for a short family vacation and we had a great time! The house, in addition to being beautiful and very clean, has the advantage of being in a very convenient location to enjoy the center, the sea and the surroundings of the city of Termoli. Nicola was always available and kind from the moment we arrived until our departure. We all spent a wonderful week together, and the house is definitely a part of our memories! highly recommend it!

Domenico's home is lovely! The view from the garden of the sun setting across the fields is magnificent! The kitchen has everything you could need to cook, they have thought of everything! They even left nice little touches which were very kind, for example, i had my dog with me and it was a hot day and they put a bowl of water out for her upon arrival and one for me in the fridge, so so thoughtful and caring, thank you! The home is clean and the garden is gorgeous! It is in a really peaceful area with supermarkets a five mins drive away. I recommend this place, to any other solo female travellers, this place is safe and the hosts are lovely! They also have aircon in the kitchen as well as the bedrooms and they have mosquito nets too. The place is clearly loved and looked after. Thank you both so much! :)

Our stay was lovely! How often do you stay in a medieval fortification/castle on top of a mountain? Cozy rooms, everything you need with breathtaking views! Our hosts were very attentive to our needs and helpful with getting us oriented and settled in. My wife and I highly recommend this property.

It's like being at home at Michelina, even better because you don't have Michelina at home! Its presence and care is definitely an additional reason to stay in the heart of the beautiful historic village of Termoli. Her son Roberto was also valuable in welcoming and advising. If our stay in Termoli was unforgettable, it is also thanks to them and the comfort and location of the accommodation they provide. The stay in Sabrina and Giuliano's house was simply perfect, we immediately felt at home! The spaces, recently renovated with impeccable taste, are cared for in every detail and allowed us to fully enjoy every comfort, including the outdoor space. The location is ideal for reaching different places, and is only 10 minutes from the sea. The accommodation area is incredibly quiet and peaceful. Absolutely recommended for enjoying a relaxing holiday.

Alessandra is a ball of energy! Such a lovely person, who cares a lot about your stay. The apartment is bright and well laid out, it was perfect for two of us, it's an old building, so lots of character and a lot of stairs between the bedroom and living room, fine for us but pay attention is you have mobility issues. Super close to the town centre, and we were able to find places to park, although sometimes it was over in the main square. A little noise during our stay as we were there over the weekend, and there was a festival in the main square, and people hang out talking by the car parking outside the house. Overall super positive, and Alessandra is great.

We rented Michela's place to spend a week in peace...and so it was! Very nice house, clean, corresponding to the photos, with air conditioning and an outdoor garden where you can eat in peace. Ideal for a couple. The house is located in a strategic point: the area is in fact residential, and for this reason quiet. Just a 5-minute walk away you can reach the nearest promenade (through a practical, well-lit overpass even at night), where you can find many attractions and take a walk. As for the sea, a few minutes away on foot you can reach the free beach (or equipped, as needed), while in a few minutes by car you can reach many characteristic (and beautiful) beaches. Super friendly and helpful hosts! They treated us really well, giving us advice and making themselves available in any case, and for that we thank them very much.
