The apartment is a side building in a larger house but has a private entrance and private terrace. It consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and a pleasant living room. It is only 1 minute walk to the beach, and as a guest you have free access to the sauna and outdoor shower near the fjord. Nearby, there are great hiking opportunities and attractions. From the property there are stunning views over the "whole" Drammen. The home is located in a new residential area, it is quiet and quiet and without annoying through traffic. Marka with great hiking areas is in immediate vicinity. The same goes for Vattenverksdammen and offers good swimming opportunities in the summer. Prepared ski slopes at Konnerud, and a short way to 2 slalom slope!

Welcome to beautiful Damstua: a large villa idylically placed on Konnerud in Drammen. While staying here you will definitely have time to lean back and relax: just outside your doorstep you will find fields filled with horses, beautiful landscape and endless hiking-/skiing-possibilities. The house is spacious both inside and out: with a large sundeck and a heated pool that can be used all year. The distance to the city of Drammen is also short, which makes Damstua a perfect vacation-spot!

Plenty of great hiking options nearby – Blektjern Lake, the dramatic Kjøsterudjuvet, Spiralen viewpoint overlooking the city. Only 30 minutes to Oslo by train or car.

The living room has a sleeping sofa, sleeping two people.
