Beautiful and representative home! Very good parking facilities for up to 4 cars just outside the door, cobblestone courtyard. From the property there are fantastic views over "all" of Drammen. The house is located in a new residential area, where it is quiet and peaceful, and without annoying through traffic. The countryside with great hiking areas is in the immediate vicinity. The same goes for Vannverksdammen, which offers good swimming opportunities in the summer. Prepared ski slopes at Konnerud, and a short way to 2 downhill slopes!

Bussholdeplass finnes rett nedenfor leiligheten. Der kjører to busslinjer som begge går til Drammen Sentrum. Det finnes flere matbutikker i gåavstand. Marka med turmuligheter, badeplass på sommeren og skiløyper på vinteren er ikke langt unna. Tog til Oslo kjører flere ganger i timen og tar ca 40 min til Oslo Sentralst.

Trains will bring you to Oslo in twenty min. 15 min by car will bring you to the Oslo fjord in Asker.

During the winter months, we have to make reservations about accessibility due to snow and ice on the road up, and find a solution if you still want to rent. The house is located on its own about 600 meters on the upper side of the farm. It is not possible to drive up if you do not have an off-road vehicle or similar.
