Only a short walk down to the city center and the University of Southeast Norway at Drammen campus (about 15 min). There are good bus connections. The apartment is located in a quiet and nice residential area with great views and nice surroundings.

Beautiful and representative home! Very good parking facilities for up to 4 cars just outside the door, cobblestone courtyard. From the property there are fantastic views over "all" of Drammen. The house is located in a new residential area, where it is quiet and peaceful, and without annoying through traffic. The countryside with great hiking areas is in the immediate vicinity. The same goes for Vannverksdammen, which offers good swimming opportunities in the summer. Prepared ski slopes at Konnerud, and a short way to 2 downhill slopes!

It is only a 1-minute walk to the beach, and as a guest you have free access to a sauna and outdoor shower near the fjord. Nearby, there are great hiking opportunities and attractions. Forseggjort lite overnattingssted med sentrumsnær beliggenhet og utsikt over byen. Det er 1.2 km (ca 16 min) å gå fra/til Jernbanen. Det er 1.7 km (ca 23 min) å gå til USN. Bussholdeplass finnes rett nedenfor leiligheten. Der kjører to busslinjer som begge går til Drammen Sentrum. Det finnes flere matbutikker i gåavstand. Marka med turmuligheter, badeplass på sommeren og skiløyper på vinteren er ikke langt unna. Tog til Oslo kjører flere ganger i timen og tar ca 40 min til Oslo Sentralst.

Asker has a lot to offer, and Engelsrud is surrounded by three lakes which gives many opportunities for recreation summer and winter. Our garden/yard is very family friendly. A five minute walk from the house you can get public transportation bringing you downtown Asker in ten min. Asker has a small, but well developed downtown with a nice selection of stores, restaurants and coffeeshops. Trains will bring you to Oslo in twenty min. 15 min by car will bring you to the Oslo fjord in Asker.

Boligen ligger for seg selv ca 600 meter på oversiden gården. Det er ikje mulig og kjøre opp hvis nan ikke har off-road bil eller lignende. Nærmeste matbutikk er 6 km unna.
