Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Liesing

We had a great 10-day family vacation in Viviane's apartment in Vienna. The apartment had everything we needed and more, the location was very convenient (with a supermarket across the street) and the neighborhood was very quiet. All the major attractions were easily accessible by public transportation, communication with Viviane was very easy and we received very detailed instructions when needed. Highly recommended!!!

* Location: peaceful surrondings, private garden, huge park nearby, clean air * House: clean, well equipped, we felt right at home, quality & comfortable furnitures. The private garage was a big plus as well * Host: kind, helpful, quick to respond to messages * Overall: the best place I have stayed in Vienna so far. Highly recommended to all!

Diese Unterkunft können wir nur empfehlen. Sie ist ruhig und der Blick in Garten und Wald überwältigend. Aber auch ein Ausflug nach Wien ist mir Bus oder 15 Minuten fahrt zu einem P+R (S Bahn Anbindung) gut zu machen. Die Vermieter wohnen im Nachbarhaus sind zuvorkommend aber auch diskret.

The place was perfect for my wife and I along with our son and even our dog! While we live in Vienna, it provided a well-needed getaway with a pool and amazing backyard with amazing space. One of my favorite places!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Vienne dans cette maison très agréable. Le living est spacieux et accueillant, la terrasse ensoleillée sans vis-à-vis est parfaite pour se détendre, et la proximité immédiate des bois permet de magnifiques balades – idéal quand on voyage avec un chien ! La maison était très propre, bien équipée, et le stationnement est facile. La literie est confortable, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus reposant. L’hôte a été très réactif, toujours disponible par message, et attentif au bon déroulement de notre séjour. Petit plus : on a trouvé du miel bio délicieux juste à côté, et la villa Otto Wagner avec ses superbes vitraux n’est qu’à 5 minutes en voiture. Comptez environ 40 minutes pour rejoindre le centre de Vienne. Un endroit que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Ein wunderbarer Ort für - vor allem für Kurzentschlossene: Super schneller und unkomplizierter Kontakt, eine Stunde nach der Buchung konnte ich einchecken, es wurde alles persönlich erklärt - ich hab noch 2 Decken bekommen 😊 - Die Sauna war an dem kalten Abend das Highlight. Und obwohl ich für das Frühstück eigentlich zu spät war, bekam ich noch einen Espresso. Absolut empfehlenswert und SEHR GERNE WIEDER! Danke!

Angela was a great host and her place was perfect for our short city trip! Everything was spotless and practical, we could check in earlier than usual… our needs have been met perfectly. The location of the house is not very central, but you can walk to the train station which is not that far away and catch the train to Vienna (you‘ll be there in 15mins). Sadly we couldn’t try the pool as we only stayed a couple of days, but we‘ll surely catch up our next time in Vienna!

Nadine war sehr flexibel. Wir konnten schon vor dem angegebenen Termin in die Unterkunft einziehen. Nadine und Jürgen waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wer es ruhiger mag, ist hier genau richtig.

We are very happy with Alexandra's apartment. It is cozy, beautifully and tastefully decorated with old world charm. Staying there makes you feel like a Viennese! It has everything you will need, all amenities for a home, for a short and long stay (we stayed there for 4 weeks). The apartment is spotlessly clean. Alexandra stocks plenty of towel and linen for the guests. The TV, while a bit small, has Netflix and Amazon Prime which you don't need to sign into your own account. The location is perfect. In a quiet residential neighborhood but only a short walk to the major shopping street, Mariahilferstrass. Plenty of all sorts of restaurants nearby. Metro and train station are within 5 to 10 minutes' walk. You can take the airport bus in Westbahnhof. Very convenient! Alexandra is a very responsive host. She greeted us in the apartment, with a welcome gift of an angel cake (it was very tasty). We are very satisfied with her apartment. Highly recommended!

die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und brauchen könnte. Er hat wirklich n alles, also wirklich alles gedacht. Freundliche Begrüßung, super Wohnung und auch für einen längeren Zeitraum würde ich wieder dort hin.

Fantastic stay, and Thomas was always very nice and willing to help. Bed was quite good and I had no trouble sleeping whatsoever. Apartment was well stocked with cleaning supplies and cooking materials. Thanks!

Great place! The apartment is on the top floor of a four story building. If you have heavy luggage, it will be a bit of a challenge getting up the stairs. Once in the apartment the view is great and the air circulation was excellent even on hot days. The apartment is spacious and clean and the bed is comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, and having laundry in the unit is very helpful. It is a short walk to the subway, grocery, bakery, and restaurants. When next in Vienna, we would happily stay here again!

We had an awesome time at Paul’s place. For one thing, both Paul and his cohost, Serge are great communicators— our check-in was a breeze and all instructions prior and during our stay were to the point and always helpful. The sun-filled apartment, overlooking the city and everything we needed. The hosts had even thought of finer details, such as toothbrushes, Q-tips and shaving cream. We enjoyed the neighborhood, its proximity to all sites within walking distance and equipped with fantastic public transport with metro only steps away and the city bus stop right at the door. Thank you Paul and Serge for hosting us.

Ich kann das Appartement nur empfehlen für kurze aber auch längere Aufenthalte. Es ist hell und schön eingerichtet und liegt gut angebunden in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Cathrin war so lieb sogar eine Waschmaschine anzuschaffen und auch sonst immer sehr hilfsbereit, wenn ich Probleme hatte.

Besonders positiv ist uns aufgefallen, wie gut Christine erreichbar war und wie zügig all unsere Themen beantwortet wurden. Der Self-Check-In war gut beschrieben, sodass das kein Problem war. Bezüglich der Lage hatten wir etwas Baulärm aus den umgebenden Häusern, aber das lässt sich natürlich auch vom Vermieter nicht verhindern. Die Lage ist ansonsten außerhalb, jedoch sehr gut an sowohl S-Bahn als auch Bus angebunden und daher prima für Städtetripps. Wir würden es gerne weiterempfehlen!

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit bei Elisabeth. Gerade im Sommer ist diese Gegend Wiens mit Nähe zu diversesten Bademöglichkeiten sehr zu empfehlen!! In der Unterkunft war alles da, was wir brauchten. Der Garten und die Hollywoodschaukel sind sehr schön! Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Dieter ist wahrlich ein Superhost! Ich habe mich in seiner Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Von Anfang an hat alles gepasst. Ich durfte sogar früher einchecken. Dieter und Gabi sind beide supernett, wir hatten einen lieben Plausch am Anfang. Die Wohnung ist gross und sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Und alles funktioniert bestens. Die Matratze ist bequem (nicht selbstverständlich!). Besonders der begehbare Kasten ist ein Plus. Am allerbesten hat mir die Fürsorge und das Vorausdenken, was der Gast brauchen und schätzen könnte, gefallen. Es sind die liebevollen Details wie Wanderkarten, Buntstifte, Erste Hilfe Kit, alle möglichen Teesorten etc, Kochgeschirr - kurz: viel mehr als die übliche spartanische Ausstattung mancher Airbnbs. Ich würde sofort wieder in Dieters Wohnung bleiben. Mein Aufenthalt dort war ausnehmend schön.

Communication with Mariella was really easy. The flat was really clean and we really appreciated the terrace. There were little extras which were provided including washing up liquid, washing machine powder, tea, coffee and Mariella had even provided an aperitif, which we enjoyed while watching the sunset on the terrace! The lockers for luggage are practical. The nearby area isn't very charming, however it's practical with a supermarket just across the road and just 5 minutes from the underground and tram. Easy connections into central Vienna and to the airport. Should I return to Vienna , I would definitely stay here again.

The Ronen's place was just perfect. The flat is located very close to Schönbrunn Pałace and beautiful city park. Very well communicated with the city center by U-bahn and autobuses. Ronen came to us personally for the check-in, which was extremely nice and kind. I am fully recommending Ronen's place for stay in Vienna!

Wir waren 3 1/2 Wochen bei Subha. Nach einer ersten Eingewöhnungszeit, haben sich meine Kinder und ich, wie zu Hause gefühlt. Subha war immer gut erreichbar und war auch sehr bemüht und freundlich. Wir haben Dinge wie Bettwäsche, Geschirr… nicht wirklich benötigt, da wir alles mitgenommen hatten. Dennoch wäre alles zur Verfügung gestanden. An die 3 Stöcke ohne Lift gewöhnt man sich recht schnell, an das Parkplatz suchen leider nicht. Insgesamt hat aber alles gepasst!👍
