A great spot from which to explore the beauties of South Devon. The Eliot Cottage was built around 1805 and is situated right next door to the famous Eliot Arms, reputed to be one of the most haunted pubs in Cornwall but also full of history, good food and pleasant company. Tregadillet is three miles west of Launceston and a very quiet and peaceful village.

This is a perfect base to explore the South West and Dartmoor. There is a clawfoot bath with a separate wet room shower (not visible in photos). Please note, there are no laundry fascilities.
