A tastefully renovated character barn conversion, which offers guests the opportunity for indoor/ outdoor living in the summer and a snug hideaway in the winter. Perfectly located for walks on Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor or swimming on the scenic Cornish Coast. Located close to the nearby historic towns of Launceston and Tavistock and the port city of Plymouth.

Felly House Annex

On the boarder of Devon and Cornwall, nestled in the Wolf Valley and within walking distance to Roadford lake. A perfect getaway for up to 4 people with two large roomy bedrooms, a fantastic open living area and a large outdoor decking. There's a whole heap of things to do within the local area - popular excursions are; water sports on the lake, walking and cycling. NB - the annex is not suitable for under 8 (see safety info) Recently added is a three person infra-red Sauna.

The Bunker near Launceston

The Bunker is an attached, self contained centrally heated annexe, (the main house is called Fairways). Whether you plan on spending your time playing golf or visiting beautiful gardens, beaches - the north coast is 30 minutes drive away, Dartmoor or the countryside all is accessible from the A30, just one mile away from us. We have generous parking and a large patio, which overlooks the garden. We are conveniently situated just one mile from Tesco, M & S and Lidl

Barn with Hot Tub, Fire Pit and Underfloor Heating

Our luxury holiday cottage is nestled within the tranquil valley of the River Inny. The cottage sits in an iddillic rural location on a former farm stead and along side a former water mill. The barn offers spacious accommodation including underfloor heating throughout, roll top bath, walk in shower, wood burning hot tub(logs included) and enclosed outside space. PLEASE NOTE for health and safety reasons we exclude children under 8 years of age

Orchard Barn

Self contained converted barn adjacent to owner’s cottage, with views over Dartmoor. Property comprises, double bedroom, shower room and living room with with small kitchenette and dining area. Orchard Barn is in a rural location, the nearest shop restaurant/pub is 3 miles away, where EV charging is also available. We do not provide EV charging at the property. Two miles from A30 junction. Dartmoor 8 miles, Bude 16 miles and Launceston 5 miles

Plenty of parking. Beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. One bedroom but plenty of space to use the put-you-up beds and use a cot. The lounge has a double sofa bed. Own kitchen and Bathroom.
