Holiday houses in Ligoneri

Amazing location for those looking for some peace and quiet, circa 30’ away with an e-bike (the town of Spetses is very lively itself so it’s a great balance). The place was very charming - amazing terrace with various plants making you want to stay outside the whole time. I was travelling solo and felt safe. Nikos was a great host - very communicative and making sure you’ve got all you need. Much recommended!

This was our second time at Dafni’s place and we hope to return next year. Dafni couldn’t have been more responsive to our needs and questions. The apartment is a gem with a fantastic view. We love it there!

I loved my stay in Spetses with Ευγενία. I don’t think I’ve met a kinder host in a long time! I decided to travel to Spetses off-season in Winter, which meant that a lot of cafes, restaurants and shops were going to be closed. But Ευγενία went out of her way to make sure I had a great time. We spent time together walking the island, she offered bicycle tours, she was a great guide with a lot of historical knowledge about the island and its inhabitants.. and she even pointed out the island’s best restaurants! I couldn’t have asked for more. Communication with my host was great (she responds in only a few minutes), her place was clean and tidy, with a fully equipped kitchen, great TV, board games and very comfortable large bed! I would definitely stay again (especially in the summer months).

This place is a unique gem. The studio is very well maintained, and the sea view patio is wonderful for a calm breakfast or afternoon drink. The host was exceptionally helpful, both with arranging transportation and with helping us with some personal issue. He really went out of his way. E-bike or scooter is a must, but once you have it - the whole island is there to be explored. Will definitely come again.

We had a very nice week in the house, from the first to the last minute. Stella met us down the boat and accompanied us to the house. The house was spotless, very beautiful, in excellent condition, perfectly equipped, and superbly well located, next to restaurants and beaches. A big thank you to Stella for her kindness and valuable help in making our stay an unforgettable one.

We had a lovely stay at John's apartment. We especially enjoyed the view from the terrace and the balcony. It is possible to walk from Spetses town to the apartment in about half an hour, but we rented a motorbike, which was more comfortable. John was easy to reach and gave us the contact of Nikos. Nikos picked us up from the ferry, drove us to the apartment and shared lots of great tips for restaurants and activities. We definitely recommend to visit Spetses in May, because the temperature is just perfect and the island is not very crowded. And of course, we also recommend John's apartment.

Christina’s house is just perfect. If you want to spend quiet and peaceful time on the island this house is the best place to do so. The hora (main village) is far enough to avoid all big city life :) and close enough to visit a taverna or a bar at night. The sea in a walking distance, you have to go uphill if you want go back home (but again you would love to go back and chill after on the balcony watching the colours of the sunset). Even if the island is a total beauty, you want to spend time at the house since it’s cozy, stylish and the view from the balcony is stunning. Just go, stop reading :))

Very nice house in Ligoneri with an incredible view ! Close to the port with the bus. Close to Ligoneri beach by foot. Communication with Loukia was very easy. A mini market is just outside the house. We had a very great time in this lovely house :) We recommand it.
