Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Lika-Senj County

Very nicely located apartment with two balconies overlooking the sea and the mountains. Almost right on the fine pebble beach. By boat you can go directly to Rab every hour for €3, - from there! The apartment is as described. Bed and climate are very good. Parking as well. There are almost all German programs on the TV. Rozana is a top host and super friendly. When we had a wish, she responded immediately. We felt very comfortable in Barbat and can definitely recommend the accommodation.

Tomislav was a very friendly and helpful host. The apartment had everything you need for a great stay. The terrace with furniture, grill and whirlpool was especially wonderful. He speaks English and German fluently.

The place was super nice, located right in a bay with great amenities and everything you need. We were very warmly welcomed by Marko and felt very comfortable during the stay. The view from the apartment is as shown in the pictures. Overall, it was a great stay. :)

Beautiful apartment, ideally located between the sea and the mountains, in the charming town of Seline. The place is particularly relaxing, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The hosts are very kind and very welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable.

Vlasta is a great host, super responsive, friendly and helpful. The flat is a little dated but has everything you could need and is comfortable and clean. It's major selling point is the garden and immediate access to the sea with a small private pontoon. Getting home from a day exploring and spending a few hours relaxing, reading and swimming in the sea with a view of the mountains beyond was so good for the soul. Close to Zadar and many of the national parks too. Be aware it's on a busy road and if you're a light sleeper like me this can be a bit intrusive. Otherwise it's a great little base.

Our stay in the AirBnB was nothing short of wonderful. The flat itself is spacious and has everything you need, both the living room / kitchen and the bedroom have air conditioning and the kitchen is well equipped. The highlight of the apartment is the large terrace which you have entirely for yourself, from which you can enjoy the most beautiful views over the ocean and the coastline. The street below is occasionally noisy, but it did not disturb us in a significant way. The hosts welcomed us very warmly and were super attentive, even bringing us a couple of beers and pizza during our stay ;)! The beach closest to the Appartement is lovely and not very frequented by other people, we often had it for ourselves. Underwater shoes are recommended as it is a rocky beach. The closest town contains two large supermarkets and has everything you need. All in all we would strongly recommend a stay at this Airbnb.

We spent about a week in this beautiful and lovely village. I recommend a visit here to anyone who wants to retreat a little from the noise of the world. The sea is literally a few meters from the apartment, where you can take a dip, and a beautiful path leads to another, hidden beach. It is a perfect place for walking and relaxing. The apartment is beautiful, tidy, comfortable and clean, we were able to relax well and enjoy breakfast in the sea breeze in the morning or wine in the evening on the balcony at sunset. Gabriela is a discreet and extremely helpful host, thank you for having us here.

We greatly enjoyed staying at Zvonimir place. The surroundings were absolutely gorgeous, it was like a small paradise. The apartment is right by the see, you walk down the stairs and find yourself on a small pebble beach - very quiet and intimate atmosphere. For me it was a perfect place. The town of Senj is very interesting too with rich history. An apartment is quite spacious, decorated with original paintings. And last but certainly not the least Zvonimir and Zrinka are good and generous hosts and absolutely charming people. We enjoyed communicating with them very much and I believe we parted as friends. I am looking forward to staying at this place again!

Nikolina is super welcoming and very kind. She and her family even helped us with our car and we loved talking to them. Also, the Rakiya was very good! I would recommend it without so much as a second thought, thank you again. Looking forward to seeing you again in Brittany!

House Josipa location is easy to find on Google maps. It was a beautiful location and very peaceful. Just that it has multiple units and if you are big group, then it feels like staying in different houses on the same location. However, for a small stay it was perfect. Air cons were not working but weather was cold so it was ok. Only issue is if you want to cook, kitchen is very small and no chimney. Overall we liked the stay.

The old house is amazing, the restoration is perfect and very comfortable. Fabio met us and showed us around, we felt very welcome. Make sure to go to see the Gracka Springs about 10 mins away.

The accommodation was clean and functional for us. The kitchen was well equipped. Cabinets for clothes were sufficient and the bed comfortable. From the small balcony, you could look at the sea, the mountains and the neighboring islands. We had breakfast there every day, with a wonderful view. The 200 steps down to the beach are a breeze, but going back up is exhausting, but doable. From the beach, you can wonderfully stroll into the town. In the evening, it is wonderful to see the sun sink into the sea. We were also totally thrilled with hiking in the Velebit Mountains. The hosts were always available and very helpful. We had problems with our car, the landlord drove us to the workshop and arranged everything.

My stay at Ivanka's place was very pleasant. Parking was no issue at all, and from there, we could easily walk to nearby beaches and restaurants. By car, it was just a 15-minute drive to Lopar, where we found one of the most beautiful sandy beaches. The accommodation is located on a moderately busy road, but it was still quiet in the room, and we slept very well.

Great place, place, beach by the apartment, apartment location. The only problem was with the neighbors above us, who unfortunately couldn't keep the quiet hours, and so 2 nights were intermittent sleep. On the other hand, the nightlife to this city probably currently belongs :-)

Plenty of amenities, host was very friendly and restaurants are a 15 minute walk away. We loved it, the view was beautiful and we’ll definitely come back if we’re in the area again!

Dario provided a warm welcome. Has given various tips for good restaurants. We have tried them all and all worthwhile. There was always a quick response to questions.

We had a really great and pleasant stay at Marins apartment. He is very helpful and we could even rent a car easily. He even sends me the jacket home because i forgot it 🙂 he also had great tips for the island and the apartment is perfectly located right at the sea. Definetly worth a visit especially with the big terrace! Thank you!

An absolute delight! We much enjoyed our stay in Matjaz apartment. It is very clean upon our arrival and is as described on Airbnb. It supplies everything needed throughout the day. The private beach access is perfect, idyllic and gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation without any stress of searching for a spot in the shades. Although we did not use it this time - the garden is also equipped with a grill, which was quite tempting to use :) Matjaz is a super host for a reason. He and his wife are as friendly as one can be, super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back any time and can highly recommend Matjaz and his apartment (s). ***** 5/5 Stars *****

Meri's place is really well equipped and spacious. The view across the water towards Rab old town is gorgeous. The terrace is vast with a lovely table for sitting around while you relax. Meri and her family were super lively an welcoming. They made us feel completely at home. In the evening we walked along the water into Rab town. It's a beautiful walk that only takes 30-40 mins, passing everyone out for a late swim and a drink at the beach bars. We could only stay one night, and wished we could have stayed longer.

We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay at near Senj.

We stayed there for the autumn holidays. Since the season was already over, it was very quiet and peaceful. A lot had already been closed. But Kata had warned us that we would be a week late, so to speak. Nevertheless, it was very nice there. We cooked ourselves, which was no problem in the well-equipped kitchen. For the 5 of us, two adults with three children (9,9,12), the space was good although we spent quite a lot of time in it and often had to eat indoors because of the not always good weather. The beach is also very nice in autumn and perfect with kids. We were also able to bathe well when the sun showed up. We would definitely come back.

We had a nice stay at Sanel‘s Apartment and a great time in Novalja. Check-in and Check-out was very easy and Sanel is friendly, helpful and always reliable. He helped us out in every situation. The apartment was clean and the equipment of kitchen etc. was quite okay. The apartment is perfectly located and we could walk to every hotspot in the city. Nothing beats the great balkony with the wonderful view! We will definitely come again! :)
