Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! The house is located 5km outside Xylokastro in the Kamari area. It is a village surrounded by the sea and is known for its picturesque beaches. It can accommodate up to 4 people and is suitable for families with young children. It is by the sea, has a large balcony and yard and is equipped with all the necessary electrical appliances you may need during your stay. It is suitable for summer and winter.

The location is particularly favorable. It is an hour and a half from Athens, five minutes from Akrata. It combines the beauty, tranquility and safety of a private beach without traffic and cars, while nightlife lovers can enjoy it in the surrounding areas - Akrata, Derveni or Platanos. My place is ideal for couples, families with children and groups of friends.
