Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lilburn

If you are on the fence about renting a property from Avanna…Just do it! She is absolutely magnificent and you couldn’t ask for a better host. Sentral is such a great building with 1000 x’s more amenities than you will get at a hotel paying double the price.

Michelle's apartment was in the exact right place and had all the amenities we needed for a fabulous trip to see friends in Atlanta. She was so responsive to our requests and the location cannot be beat. We will return!

Jonathan’s place is convenient, functional and well-stocked. I was recovering from surgery while I was there, and the first floor location and comfortable furnishings were just what I needed. Jonathan replied quickly to any questions. Would stay there again (although, next time preferably without the surgery!)

Jackie’s place was the best experience yet that we have had in Air B&B. Visually the atmosphere is very pleasing and hospitable. Our every need and question was taken into consideration before we ever even met. There were explicit instructions about how to operate the TV, what to do or who to contact if any problems were encountered with the property, local places of interest, convenient restaurants with delivery and/ or pickup, and even items included on the premises folks may have forgotten or overlooked in their packing. She was so sweet to have given us a welcoming basket with her own homemade delicious pound cake and other nice snacks for travelers fresh off the road. At our departure, we received lovely note and some decorative soaps. It was a very comfortable, quiet and serene place to stay! We will definitely check to see if she has availability and hopefully stay there on our next trip to the Conyers area. Great hosts, property, close to family-what more could we ask for.😊

Great place to stay. Loved the my modern feel of the apartment. Lots of places to shop and eat at nearby.

Lorna and Willie were super nice people and Willie’s vegetable garden is worthy of a postcard, it took me back to a time when I use to help my grandparents in their garden. We will definitely stay there next year when we come back down. A special thanks to them for doing our laundry. The washing machine in the unit would not work and I told them about it on our way to the formula drift race and when we got back that night they took our clothes out of the washing machine and did them in their washing machine and folded them and put them back in our unit. Suck a blessing to have suck kind people in today’s world. I couldn’t thank them enough. Willie and Lorna you are the BEST!!!! God Bless and hope to see you next year. :)

Our host went out his way to make our stay comfortable at this home. We will definitely book again.

Daniel was very friendly and responsive. We needed an extra towel and they brought it over in 15 minutes. One night I was a little cold and found a great space heater in the closet. Everything we needed was there for a comfortable stay.

House was beautiful and quiet. Great for family vacation. Rooms were filled with adequate supplies. Towels and toiletries included. Would recommend to everyone! Close proximity to Duluth. 30 mins away from ATL activities if no traffic.

Bridget’s space was excellent!! Very clean and looked just like the pictures, the bed was also very comfy and clean. The neighborhood its self was very quiet and peaceful. The only thing I would say is the cleaning supplies and essentials like air freshener under the kitchen and bathroom sinks were empty but otherwise would Highly recommend

It’s Atlanta no where is traffic nice but a great place to stay!

Rahel is easily one of the best hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She was always very responsive, and ensured my needs were met. I ended up staying here far longer than intended due to relocation and she made it so much more bearable and I’m very lucky to have had her. She looked out for me in more ways than one, and I will be forever grateful for her kindness and forethought. Rachel’s place was perfect for my dog and I. It was very clean, looked exactly like the pictures, and best of all was a quiet oasis. If you’re looking for a quiet place, a perfect host and a great stay you won’t be able to find it elsewhere. 5 stars without question and would not hesitate to stay there again, or recommend. The house was everything as advertised-vacationed in the area with my husband, daughter and 6 year old grandson visiting Stone Mountain and Aquarium. Convenient location, though the neighborhood seemed a bit run down. The house itself was obviously upgraded and set up well, very neat and clean. The communication with the owner was appreciated. We enjoyed the space to be able to hang out together!

Brennan was such an awesome host. I had reached out to her as I was having my wedding in Atlanta, and mentioned to her all the necessary information, and she was absolutely amazing. I had mentioned to her that photographers would come to take photos and she even went the extra mile to put more mulch after we arrived so that the photos would look more amazing. She made me feel so welcome, calm, and special as a bride. The house was beautiful and pristine and exactly like pictured. I would highly recommend Brennan and her home!!

I stayed at the Suburban Oasis with my parents while visiting other family in the area. The house was beautiful and well kept. The extra toiletries were a nice touch in case someone forgot their own. I would highly recommend staying at the Suburban Oasis and would stay again myself!

We had a great stay. We needed a last-minute place after arriving at another Airbnb that was unfortunately unclean and had an unpleasant smell. Since we were in town for the weekend, we needed a new place quickly—and we were able to book and check in within two hours with no issues. The home smelled fresh upon arrival, was very clean, and had more than enough space for my family and me. It had a cozy, welcoming feel, and the hosts were quick to respond when we reached out. We’d definitely recommend this home and would stay again.

Thomas has been really great. Very responsive when we needed assistance. Also very friendly when we got to meet him as well. His place is very comfortable and home-y. Well maintained and clean. Adrianas was very responsive and informative.I had problems finding the place and Adriana was understanding and helpful I love the fireplace in the living and the nice views of downtown Atlanta.Everything was just like in the pictures

Let me start this place was absolutely beautiful!! I have stayed in many bnb but Ive never been in one so setup I literally felt like I was at a relative guest house it was equipped with everything literally on down to deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrush in case you forgot your own. I traveled with my in-laws and they have knee problems she went as far as to send a a picture where they can access the apartment without the couple steps. While we were there we accidentally broke a couple dishes offered to pay she turned it saying accidents happens I forgot to mention the games, the snacks and a cabinet full of seasonings to cook. Oh yeah we was looking for something to do she has a notebook full food and activity places if you’re looking at this place don’t hesitate to book her response time was almost immediately every time

💯 ❤️ 👍 ☺️ 😎 No problems, very nice. "It's a suite lifestyle!" I loved Julian's condo. Clean, and stylish. Definitely, retro feel. Its downtown location was/is wicked cool, because, it was within 15 minutes walking distance from, the venue where the show I was in Atlanta to see was held. The local flavor is one, of a typical downtown setting of course, and one that Julian has no control over. I worried a bit, walking to the venue alone. But, relieved, that most everyone I encountered was pleasant, or helpful and kind. Or just, kept to themselves. I'll definitely contact Julian, again. If, I make plans to come, and stay in Atlanta in the future.

The location is great if you’re going to the aquarium and Coke. Adam had helpful recommendations for parking.

I really enjoyed my time here! First I was visiting a conference, which was perfect as the conference center was super close by. After that I enjoyed a few days off in Atlanta. In this case it was great that the place is close to public transport, some interesting locations (World of Coca Cola, Aquarium, College Football Hall of Fame etc.) and lots of places to get something to eat. The studio was clean and as described. Anjel was very reponsive and helped me out quickly when needed. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Prince was a great host. His penthouse was pristine, the view is AAAMAZING! Walking distance to several restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend, 10/10. Thanks for your attentiveness Prince!😊

The stay was in fact very cozy. The place was clean and welcoming. The best part was that the host was extremely proactive and responsive. It said that the host was likely to reply within a 50 min window, No they replied in IMMEDIATELY . Everything was clear and helpful would definitely stay again.
